This is the first time I have heard of FixAuto and I am very pleased with the way they have carried out the repairs to my car. It was picked up on the Monday morning, Martin the person who collected my car was very polite and explained what was about to happen and he left me with a new curtesy car to use while mine was being repaired. My car was repaired and brought back to me on the Wednesday all work completed to a high standard and it had been valeted as part of their service to their customers. I would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a repair to their car and I will certainly use them again

After being involved in an accident, my insurance company referred the vehicle to Fix Auto. They completed the repair work and it looked good. However, upon returning the vehicle, after my lease had ended, I have been charged just short of £200 because of the poor preparation work completed on the vehicle (as per BVRLA guidelines).
The report stated:
“The image provided with the inspection report shows there are preparation marks on the Front Bumper. This is highlighted by the zebra board in the first image. The lines of the zebra board are distorted which shows where the preparation marks are in the paintwork.”
I wish I’d opted for the other garage my insurance company suggested. A lot of money to shell out before Christmas.

I was superbly dealt with by Ben and the Team during October. I have a Tesla Model 3 and they don't normally repair Tesla's but did a great job on repainting the rear bumper and fitting a replacement spoiler.

The repairs were done quickly and expertly. Ben took my questions and concerns seriously and addressed them courteously. I would use these guys again.

Perfect customer service from start to finish. The repair work was done to a brilliant standard and they even quoted for extra work that we needed doing (separate from insurance), which was reasonable and we happily accepted for the extra repairs to be done. The car was sorted very quickly and it was all hassle free. Thankyou.

The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. I could not see where the damage had been.
Fix Auto went the extra mile by ordering and fitting a replacement part at no extra labour charge, then delivered my car to the garage for MOT testing. The staff were helpful and friendly and made sure they kept in touch. The job took longer than quoted, but it was well worth the wait.

All good so far but may have a issue with reversing sensor. Worked ok yesterday but day before had to turn it off as wouldn’t stop bleeping

Went out of the way to fix vehicle very quickly. Excellent service & excellent repair. Staff extremely helpful.

I have tried to be fair in my rating of only 2 stars.

The service has been excellent. Only time will tell if the repair is lasting.
My only criticism is that prior to the repair I had reported that there was and still is, a knocking noise coming from the Front Passenger side. I believe this started when I had my bump.

Fix Auto (Lichfield) decided not to contact my Insurance company on this issue. I did ask them how much it would cost for me to pay privately.
At nearly £500, I decided to decline.

A member of staff came and took photo s of damage on request. I was given a date for the car to be repaired A curtesy car was delivered to my house when mine was collected. The reverse happened when mine was repaired. Overall the service I received was very good.

Great service from start to finish, kept me informed throughout, and the repair carried out is excellent.
