Great service from start to finish.
They kept me informed throughout the time they had my car and the work was done to a good standard and timely.
My car came back like brand new as they’d also given it a fab valet too.

it took some to get authorisation from Aviva but once that was done, Fixauto moved very quickly, collecting my vehicle, replacing the parts required and returning it the same day.

From the moment my Insurance company made Fix Auto aware of my claim, they have behaved in a totally timely and professional manner in terms of their communication, collection and return of the vehicle and, as far as I can see, the repair itself.

Overall I could have given 5 stars in terms of work done. The reason of not given 5 stars is because the customer service is poor due to lack of communication. I was told to be Contacted by email when I left my car for any update.
1 week later they did so as promised. No information I have to call them after 1 week to be told my car was going to be delivered tomorrow.
Apart the repair was brilliant I can't fault engineers very good job and the car was returned to me washed and very cleaned.
But customers service or receptionists have to improve.

The service was friendly and so efficient. Kept up to date with progress. Given I was a bit shaken after my mishap they were so lovely in looking after me - cup of tea etc. Everything was fully explained and my repair was completed ahead of schedule - so nice to get a shiny like new car back.

Prompt and professional service and very polite

Great job however, it took a whole month because of the parts backlog. I had to call regularly to find out what was going on contrary to what had been suggested before the job commenced. Apart from that, the team was great so thank you 👍🏾

The service provided was outstanding. From inspection, a quick quotation and follow up telephone call. The procedure was fully explained and advice given regarding insurance.
A quick appointment for repairs and they provide a pick up and drop off service which is invaluable. Great people that work there and I would highly recommend the work they have produced.

All members of staff I dealt with regarding the repair of my mobility car are so helpful, friendly & professional. The receptionist who booked the repairs was very helpful & easy to talk to. Both members of staff who picked the car up & returned my vehicle after the repair were also so friendly. Nice to see a smile.

I was very pleased with my repair to my car, every one at FixAuto were very helpful friendly and polite. I did not have to wait too long until they could get my car in and the repair was completed in a few days. The car looks great they have done an excellent job.
