Courtesy car
Fix Auto took a week to get a courtesy car to me. This was totally unacceptable as I have fully comp insurance to get a replacement vehicle so life can carry on as normal. Cannot understand why they did not get me a hire car? Everything else was very good and I was kept informed on the repair.

Difficult to appraise
Difficult to appraise. The repairs looks fine. Assume all parts are replaced with Land Rover originals.
Insurer selected repairer 56 miles away from my home. Small courtesy car supplied with full tank of fuel. instructed to fill before collected and my car returned, which I did. Advised they will do same with my car.
Car returned after repairs with no fuel added. Round trip 112 miles fuel only cost per mile 32 pence, total fuel cost £35.84. Advise they will ensure drivers will fill cars on future jobs. No compensation.
