Really loved that I was kept up to date with progress on the repair via a telephone call. It made the service really personal. Excellent customer service. My car was returns repaired and fully valeted which also made me feel valuable as a customer. Thank you, very much appreciated.

Body repair
The work they did to my car was done to a excellent standard.And they kept me updated all the time on progress.
Just one last thing and this is not a criticism of their work,but the last time my car was in there body shop. It came back to me a lot cleaner than it did this time.

Communication was excellent
Communication was excellent. However, I was disappointed that you were going to keep my car over the weekend but not actually repair it until early the following week. All was good in the end though, the car was repaired and returned on the same day it was collected.
