Smooth customer service and good communication throughout. Car was pristine when I got it back. Superb job. Was a little dubious about using insurance contracted garages as you hear some horror stories but would have no issue using Fix Auto Politt again!

Having your vehicle repaired after an accident can be a very stressful time and i am glad we provided a 5 star experience to ease that stress.
Staff were helpfull and work satisfactory
Staff were helpfull and work was carried out as quickly as possible over christmas/new year period.Had to return car for minor adjustments which were carried out quickly while I waited.

Having an accident can be a Horrid time and our collection and delivery service is just one of the services we offer to help ease any stress.
Repair
They were great through the whole process of my car being fixed. They picked the car up for me and kept me updated through the whole process. It looked like they had even cleaned my car for me when I came to collect it - it looked like I had a brand new car!

Workshop manager was to review and call me back never happened .
Video sent to assessor and request the information was to be passed on .
Still not repaired was promised a call back to resolve by the end of last week .
I called on the Friday only to be told I will receive a call back . Early the following week
Still not received a call it is now Wednesday evening

We believe keeping customers updated is very important and although we give estimated completion dates we know know that having a replacement is nothing like having your own vehicle and do try to get them back to you as soon as possible.

My car was booked in on the 22/11/23 after a collision on the motorway on the 7/11/23. My car was all repaired and ready to collect on the 30/11/23. I can honestly say that everything went smoothly at fix auto, and they have done an excellent job on my pride and joy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Well done to all the staff.

The whole process with Fix Auto was outstanding. The service I received from the team, particularly Dale Johnson, was more than I ever expected or have experienced before. They maintained regular communication and went above and beyond at all stages of the process. They met the deadlines they set and the work they carried out on my vehicle was to the highest standard.
