Absolutely terrible product. Shipping took over a month. Customer service was terrible in that department and would not issue me a refund or cancel my order after reaching out multiple times. They just give you the run around. I purchased the bundle that came with the protein shake, ACV gummies, two teas, and a tumbler. The protein shake was absolutely disgusting and tasted like plastic. I’ve had plant based protein shakes before and this one was waaay off and tasted entirely like plastic. I threw away entire tub and couldn’t even drink the 1st drink I made due to the overwhelming plastic taste. Gummies taste like there’s soooo much sugar in them on top of tasting disgusting as well. The teas are well…. just typical loose leaf tea. I do drink a lot of tea regularly home and these from “flat tummy co” just tasted dusty and old. I’m just disgusted with the customer service of this company now realizing it’s a scam. I read more reviews on the BBB after purchasing and all of them seem to relate to this being a scam. I recommend you do NOT buy this product!

I tried this product and my first issue was the jug is barely halfway full for over $60 dollars. I had 2 shakes per day with a Keto meal. My advice would be drink lots of water. I was constipated for a week. I used almond milk for a better taste. I actually started gaining weight and stop taking it. Customer service will not refund back. I'll stick with the GNC and apple cider gummies from there.

I was so hesitant at first due to bad reviews and such all over the internet. I decided to try because my eating has been out of control and i gained alot of weight. No, it will not make your tummy flat just by using it but it helps you get there!! The shakes helped me stop eating as much, and they taste SOO good (chocolate) I've also been using the activate/detox teas as directed and it helps me with bloating issues. The only con i have is the size of the shakes, and the price.. im going on my 2nd bottle in a few weeks because its so good, no other shake that i have tried compares.. I tried slimfast as a cheap alternative and i had to dump it out, flat tummy is so much better by a long shot.. Plus read the ingredients! Flat tummy has way more exclusive ingredients compared to them.. If you're scared of the health issues and trying it, don't be! I have GERD and many other health issues, which led to me being scared to try. Well I will tell you- don't be scared!! I have no negative side effects. And unlike other people "warn" about, i don't have any explosive poop or anything like that. Just regulating my bowel movements, I do get constipated but this has helped me. Please try it! You might fall in love like i did!

Been using this tea for a while now great detox tea no nasty after flavor. my favorite are the lollipops bring them back asap !! I even got my boo to detox with me he even likes that it has no nasty after taste as some do . For me it took a day to activate so the next morning i was on the toilet

I ordered the flat tummy shake in vanilla and it tastes so good I mix it with almond milk and I drink it when I'm unable to eat it really satisfies me it makes me fool it's a great product and I am going to keep ordering and also I'm waiting to see the results that it's going to give me.
