I have made a booking to fly to doha and had requested a change in the flight dates. Simon was very helpful and accomodating and helped us get the flights changed as we wanted. We really appreciated Simon’s help in getting this sorted and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them to friends especially as their cheaper than other agents! Thank you

Simon is AMAZING
Simon is AMAZING. Not only was he so helpful via text he made sure he communicated clearly regarding my ticket. There was some sort of price mishap between the airline and flightstravel and he informed me right away about the problem-- and then he kept me informed every step of the process via text because I was busy gallivanting through a museum. Would recommend flightstravel to anyone and everyone.

Excellent Customer Service
As a frequent traveler I am extremely impressed and appreciative of the service I have received from Flights Travel. I had some issues with the Airlines Simon Grey went above and beyond to get it resolved for me. He reassured me and told me not to worry at all and would get everything sorted. I booked tickets through this company
I booked tickets through this company but issuance of the tickets took a couple of days. During that period PNR code was changing and it was quite confusing hence I had to reach out company’s assistant to get the clue. Simon was very polite and helpful, he could manage all questions real quick. Many thanks to Simon for his patience and help.

Last Minute Flight requirement
Our Heathrow Express journey took 1 hour 40 minutes so we missed our flight. We booked new flights from the airport through flights travel. We received immediate confirmation and Simon went above and beyond to expedite the tickets being issued. He even through in some extras for free. Extremely efficient and very kind. Overall excellent!

There are Agents happy and willing to Help.
I had missed out on a Black Friday ticket deal as i took a lot of time making up my mind on a page. By the time i went through the different stages, the deal had on up in price. It was kind of late evening but got in touch with flight Travel were i spoke to a one Simon. Simon was very very helpful as he explained all my options. He did everything in his power to get me another option rather than refund the Money i had already paid. In the end, he found me an even better deal (a direct flight) as opposed to a round trip. I found this attitude rather very unusual. I would recommend Flight Travel to many of my friends and family. Oh! by the way, i was heading to Dubai for the first time. Big-up to Simon
