They will ship your order with an incomplete address, and won’t help resolve the issue or give a refund when it is never received

The “live agents” are incompetent at best. It also takes an average of 7-8 hours before they respond to you. I placed my first order. I tracked it until the day it was expected to arrive. It never did. The tracking updated saying there was no secure location and a notice was left. Complete lie. I was home and we also have lock boxes. I immediately go downstairs to check the area thinking it was a mistake and to check my mailbox for the notice. There was none. I decide to schedule a carrier redelivery and I explain that no attempt was made nor notice was left. It was supposed to be redelivered the next day. It was not and the tracking didn’t update beyond saying the customer requested a redelivery. I for sure know something is amidst now. I call USPS to complain and the representative tries to look into my issue. She says the shipper did not provide a complete delivery address. Only my name, city, and state. She also confirms that there is no way a notice could have been left, because of this fact. So I ask her why they couldn’t use the address I put in the redelivery form, since I’m the recipient. She says it doesn’t work that way unfortunately. She told me it was a shipper issue. So I go and check my account with shipper to make sure I didn’t drop the ball with the address. And I did not. My account has my accurate and complete address. I reach out to Flip and they tell me to go pick up the package. It’s not an option. I would have already done so. So I ask them to refund my money, because I will not be getting what I paid for. I already mentioned the ridiculous turn around time for a representative to respond to messages. Not to mention the responses are all pre-written and don’t even attempt to address the issue at hand. I have told them more than once to just refund my money. They said there is nothing else they can do on their end. It has been about a week of back and forth. So you think you are going to pin your poor business practices and mistake on me…not correct the result of said decisions…and keep my money? I think the heck not. For the love of all things holy, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Not to mention they are not correctly paying creators on their platform either. I will share my experience on EVERY outlet I can find.

Loved the app at first

Loved the app at first. Now anything is allowed and I’m seeing stuff I don’t want to see. Political. Adult themed. Not happy about it at the moment.

This is the worst company ever it's a Joke a scam and a rip off. Those who post they make thousands of dollars trying to manipulate people with their fake earnings pictures are no better then the scam artist who created this joke of a company theirs no customer service no concrete pay no safety plans in place it's a very dangerous Fraudulent company that needs to be shut down!!

Good prices, great concept…needs customer service

Two days ago I wrote a one star review because my item wasn’t shipping and there is no customer service. I’ve revised the rating to 4 because my order has changed status and finally shipped. Assuming it contains everything I ordered, this review will remain at 4 stars because the prices are great as is the concept. HOWEVER, the fact that there is literally no customer service department is inexcusable. There is literally no one to whom you can speak. I’ve never heard of any legitimate app or business operating similarly.

Inviting individual contacts from friends list is a waste of time.

Was promised 65 “dollars” for referring a friend. It’s not money and it’s not 65 off, it’s a coupon for a discount on over inflated items. . What they don’t tell you is , you will have to give them ALL your contacts to use the coupon. THEN they will then bypass you to get to to contact people IUSING *YOUR NAME.* The whole feel is scammy. Every time you think you understand it, they move the goal post.

What a scam

What a scam. Don’t bother - items claimed to
be in stock aren’t - and they don’t notify you until more than a week later. There’s no discount unless you do more than download the app - misleading, unreliable, SCAM

Stay away from this app. I can't log in to my profile, no one responds to emails. the product I bought and paid for with my real money, never left the store, and I can't request a refund because my profile is blocked. I tried to write my review on the flip shop app, please note that negative reviews are not published.

Beware: it’s a scam

Please read the reviews and run far away from this company. It’s been over a week and my order is still within the “received” stage. There are no updates nor tracking. Their customer service is nonexistent. They do not provide ETAs nor explanations regarding what is going on with your order. The “live chat” continues to feed automated responses. This is likely a scam company.

So far zero issues love the app

I have had zero issues with this app. In fact it's been super fun and quite honestly just a great experience also the ability to get some of my very favorite items at quite an extensive discount makes it well worth it. I'm sorry to those of you that have had issues and that for whatever reason said issues have not been solved. The only reason I'm not giving it the full star rating is because I'm trying to give it a bit more time of use before committing to this review but should anything change I promise I will come back here and reform whatever I need to in my review.

Flip app will hold your credit card hostage

Don't use this app it will hold your credit card hostage. I did not give permission to save my credit card information. I have been trying to delete my credit card from the app for days. I have contacted the support team but no use. They stated I have an active order and cannot be deleted until order is completed. I received my item today and thought the order would be completed but no. Now I cannot delete the app either . The support team stated I have to wait 30 day before I can delete the app. Never have I come across an issue like this.

Todo bien, hasta un día....

No me puedo quejar de las primeras veces que use este servicio. En vista de que invite a una persona debía de recibir un cupón valorado en $63 cuyo cupón decía que estaba expirado justo al momento de recibirlo... Decidí reportarlo y alegaron a que mi cuenta estaba sospechosa... Decidí borrar mi cuenta pero antes quise remover mi tarjeta y la app decía que no podía porque tenía una cuenta activa cosa que NO era real! He tratado de hablar con ellos y nada, mi única solución ahora mismo es reportar mi tarjeta para desligarse de esa cuenta. SO, SI HAGAN CASO DE LOS REVIEWS AQUI!
