I have never had an issue!
All of these reviews are genuinely surprising to me. I’ve always received my orders except for one time when my package was lost in transit and flip sent me a replace free of charge and I received it. There customer service is awesome, they answer quickly and have even issued me referral credit when my referrals didn’t go through. I always use flip to buy clothes from edikted and cheaper makeup because of the rewards and the cheaper shipping and I’ve never had my card hacked. If you’re extra worried about those things, use apple pay or paypal to ensure concealed details because they see both encrypted forms of payment- but I’ve never had a problem!

Avoid.... 15 items ... value about 10p... rude service. Refused refund. False advertising... not worth purchasing anything from them. Avoid Avoid Avoid...

One star is too good. Hacked same payment account used 2 days after ordering. Flip canceled my order and refunded to clearly retrieve details I hadn’t provided by using PayPal. Now I can’t close account due to “active orders” I don’t have. Should have trusted the real reviews because anyone who says they are not fraudulent is paid to do so.

Super bad customer support. Unresponsive.

I never received my package and flip never respond me back. This website is a scam because it’s say your packages was delivered I don’t where because I have ring camera at the door if people still me packages they never delivered nothing. Don’t buy nothing from here they nevered delivered your package. It’s a scam

I really like the flip app. I think its best quality is being easy to use for everyone. I also really like how i can see what i am buying through peoples videos it makes the process much more enjoyable.

this is the best app, items get delivered in about 3 days and the reviews on the products are very accurate. I also make lots of money from this app from simply making reviews on products. Great way to find community and make money as a teenager

Scam stay away, they don’t honor there credits and coupons. If you are lucky and they honor it they give you used products

I have been using the Flip app for 3 years now and you can’t find a better deal for products out there! If you sign up using an invite friends link you’ll get a free gift card, plus you can get 30% off any purchase just by scrolling through videos. My favorite part is the free items list though. I have gotten some pretty expensive things off the free item section, including an espresso machine! I also create and post videos to the app which earns me commission money. I’ve made $13k on the app so far which isn’t enough to quit your job, but it’s a great side hustle! The customer service team is very responsive, granted you may have to wait a little bit for a response but they will get back to you! I find myself ordering from the flip app more than Amazon now! Only thing I wish is that they had 2 day shipping like Amazon, but that’s my only complaint! I’d rather get the item for cheaper off flip and wait a couple extra days for it to arrive!

Everyone’s a hater. I have received everything I have ordered within an week and saved hundreds of dollars with their discounts and promotions. This app is the only platform that offers such opportunities to plebeian non-influencers so do not listen to the reviews that say otherwise. I’m not sure what more people are expecting but it’s a fun concept and I have had no issues. I would especially give their management high reviews - they are true salt of the earth.

For those claiming Flip is “suppressing” their videos I would counter that maybe it has not gone viral because your content is uninspired.

Some say this app and concept is capitalism and consumerism at its worst. Maybe so but I also respect how it is unapologetic in this regard, unlike Tik Tok shop and any other social media platform that is subtly selling to its users at all times. Moreover, I think it is a leveling platform between normies and influencers and gives a voice back to the proletariat, even if they will never be entirely free of their chains.
