the pipe that I had purchased had the exact length and curvature that I was looking for. It had arrived five days after my purchase which makes me very happy. The only downside that I have noticed and it is probably because it is brand new. The finish on the wood bowl had slightly rubbed off onto my hand and on the fourth use but I will say the bowl was pretty warmed up and this is my first ever pipe😅. But overall very pleased and I would recommend to others. 😊

Great product and great customer service! The pipes are amazing quality and just really cool to look at. Being a family owned business there was some sort of family emergency and my order wouldn't be shipped in the usual time frame. They reached out and asked if I would like a refund for the inconvenience but obviously it wasn't necessary and answered any questions I did have very promptly. And the prices are awesome too!

This would have turned out a bad experience if the pipe was lost in transit. To my luck it just got DELIVERED. Please do not use USPS for international mail. And please have better people at customer service who care about your customers and not just smash the terms and conditions on customers face !!
