FloLogic Avis 

In spite of endless set up attempts and earnest support and replacements from flologic, my system never worked correctly. This was 9 years ago and my need was for having a method to turn water on and off in a vacation home without going down into a snow barricaded crawl space in addition to preventing water flow if there was a break in the water system. Sorry

I have 2 residences with FloLogic. I bypassed the irrigation system in on (at great cost to run power to the sprinkler system from the bypass device). It has never worked. We get false shut offs regularly on both systems. It would be great to have smart phone access to the systems.

This product performs flawlessly. My wife works for ServPro and has been inundated with cleanup jobs from broken water pipes this winter. If every house and business had a Flologic, it would have significantly reduced the amount of damage and disruption to peoples lives.

Expensive but worth the peace of mind.

Flologic has been and amazing asset in providing peace of mind after I had a flood (from a washer hose bursting) 5 years ago. It's worked like a charm and never any trouble with it. Great customer service too! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to safeguard their home from costly internal water damage.

I have had toilets which continued to run and one leak where a pvc fitting failed. The Flo-Magic system worked every time with NO damage to my home. I installed the system after seeing the damage and conducting emergency water restoration services in houses and businesses . I did not want such damage to my home.

Bottom line, I would recommend these wheels to anyone! It is important to remain skeptical until real testing is done. I now have a couple hundred miles on these wheels and they do everything as advertised.

Installed Flologic in 2010. It is an incredible product as it detects any water usage out of the ordinary. The software that controls the product is impressive as to how it controls water flow.

We have had Flologic in our homes for years and we would never, never, never have a home without it.

Best move we have ever made !!! Our Flow Logic has paid for itself many times. Living in NW PA Iin the winter months , home or away can be a quick disaster if the heat goes off and the the wind chill howling off Lake Erie We travel alot and the FlowLogic gives us huge peace if mind !! Alot of thought was put into the design of this nagnificant control valve! It is interfaced with our security system and calls us if there is a water leak, big or small, depending on how we program it ! Our home insurance company loves it. Cannot live peacefully without a Flow Logic.

Great product. Needs to be WiFi connected.

We have had a flologic for many years. We recommend them to all our friends, as most of us will have a flood at one time or another. It has saved us from one flood and helped us detect a leak other times. It also makes it easier us to shut off our water when necessary. If we did not have it we would have to crawl about 40 feet in a low crawl space. The only thing we have to remember is to not take very long showers. Of course, the maximum time before shutoff is adjustable.

FloLogic is a good system but lacks a wireless interface to notify you of a leak and the ability to shut down the system if you forget to hit the away mode.

Always responsive service when infrequently needed.

These units don't work very well. It seems that the further away one is from the meter, the less they work (the water is meter for the entire community, not the individual town home.

Further, FloLogic does not provide an IOT device to monitor/reset this device. Almost every other device in my home is monitored remotely EXCEPT for the FloLogic device.

Peace of Mind! That is the bottom line with our Flologic water alarm. We look at it as an early warning system to the safety and security of our property. It has alerted us to broken washing machine hoses, leaks in toilets, a break in our ice maker water line which was silent. It has also saved us money on our water bill because no hose or water driven device on our property can "do its own thing". Flologic is a 24-7 water manager. Additionally, access via telephone for help has given us confidence in managing our device. We get an insurance break on top of it all! A wide investment, indeed. Patt and Alex Soto

We installed a Flologic System 3.0 on our residential water system after a broken pipe ruined our entire kitchen and bathroom. It functions perfectly and was easily connected to our security system so it automatically places the device in the "away mode" whenever we exit our home and arm the security system. The only user issue occurred during the first winter season when we engaged our furnace humidifier and started getting nuisance alarms and unwanted water shut-off. We simply had to recalibrate the "drip rate" on the Flologic device to account for the water requirements of the humidifier. Reprogramming was quite easy but one has to remember to reset the drip-rate to a lower value when the heating season is over. All in all, this is a small trade off for the peace-of-mind that we get from having Flologic monitoring our plumbing system and preventing another catastrophe.

Once dialed in, it has been a great product. Looking forward to WiFi remote access capability.
