They literally saved our flooded basement! Our basement got flooded and had about a foot of water. We called them in panic, and they had a team over at our place in about hour and a half. The workers didn't waste time, and quickly started extracting the water. In just a few hours, all the water was extracted and they set up machines to dry the place out over the next couple of days.

Not sure what we would do without their help. Their fast response and hard working team really saved the day for us. Thank you so much!

They responded quickly and did a great job fixing the water damage in our home. The pricing was reasonable and the crew was professional.

We hired their branch located in Newark, NJ and it was a great experience. The team showed up within hours after we called and didn't waste time extracting the standing water that flooded our basement bathroom. They worked fast to minimize damage, and made this stressful incident much easier to handle.

These guys price gouge ($2K more than max allowed for a medium sized job), do shabby work (left debris everywhere, didn't sweep, very sloppy job on removing drywall) and try to skip doing work (won't move furniture or carpet they were paid to remove). This felt like a hustle from start to finish - all they want you to do is pay ASAP but they won't complete the items that you paid for.

This is not a company its a joke and they tried to rip me off and gave me the creeps just staring at me the whole time they were there nothing got clean they just left my carpet soaking wet with even more stains from there filthy feet

Avoid Flood Damage Pros. I've meant to post this for awhile, as a warning for anyone who experiences a flood or other disaster at their home and needs remediation services. We had a flood in our home due to our washing machine overflowing and draining from the second floor, through our ceiling and onto our first floor.

The overall experience with Flood Damage Pros was extremely frustrating. Looking back, it was clear that they know their clients are in a challenging position having just experienced a disaster at home, and are willing to take advantage of individuals.

Unless you've been through this before, you have no idea what is necessary as a remedy to a flood. You have to rely on the honesty and experience of the "experts." How would we know if air scrubbers or air movers are necessary? Should they be running for two days or three? Is additional cleanup, drywall work or microbial treatment necessary? No clue!! But, Flood Damage Pros presents you with a quote (ours was for over $3000), that includes a long list of items with little explanation other than that they recommend this approach, and if you don't move forward you are going to have to pay them a few hundred just for them coming out.

You also have to pay in advance, and when signing you have to rate their work. That's right, you have to rate them before they do any work...which should have been a signal that something was wrong. We decided to move forward because we were in a bind and needed the mold remediation to be completed ASAP. Once they did the work however we found that about $800 of the work that was on the invoice wasn't actually executed. There were various bogus charges that were clearly added to pad the fee, hoping we wouldn't question them.

We ended up fighting with their customer service manager and ultimately their owner for weeks to try and get those ridiculous prices removed from the bill. Ultimately, they said they would remove the prices, but ONLY if we signed a waiver stating that we wouldn't post anything negative about them, or sue them. No wonder they have good ratings online and are able to take this approach with unsuspecting clients. They only provide refunds to guests if they agree not to put up a negative review or post. They are silencing their critics. Another way in which they are taking advantage of people in a tough spot.

Anyway, I wouldn't sign it...so here's my post! Others need to know to avoid using this group. I can't recommend another group as this is my only experience with remediation services, but there has to be someone better out there. Avoid Flood Damage Pros at all costs! Don't trust the five star reviews. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

They arrived just 1 hour after I called. They needed to act quickly to minimize the damage after my basement flooded, and they took care of everything. They were professionals and walked me through the entire process. Their quick response saved me a lot of money. Thanks guys.

They were very professional and did a great job on my carpet. I had a small leak from the kitchen and the water got to the living room. They came at the time we scheduled and called me 20 min before they arrived.

I call them few times with all sorts of questions (I had to do my due diligence). The representative on the phone was kind and patient with me. When she couldn't answer any more technical stuff she had the technician give a call personally and we managed to work things before he came.
When the team arrived they did everything as expected. They explained the situation to me, got my OK and started working. Within a couple of days all was like new, water gone, new paint and good smell.

I called these after I tried a few other companies with no luck. I have to say the guy who answered my call was a bit confused, perhaps he was new. He transferred me to the head technician, and I was able to book an appointment the same day. They came and took over immediately, answering all of my questions in details and manage to gain my trust. I hope I won't be needing them again, but if I do, I know who to call.

They were prompt and cleaned up my flooded basement in 1 day. It was amazing. They were polite and efficient. The technician was super patient an answered all of my questions and I asked a lot. They went above and beyond in helping me clean up. The water and the horrible smell are all gone. I would definitely use them again.

I called these guys because of a soaked carpet. A pipe burst in my bathroom and flooded the second floor. Shortly after I called, they were already at my house. Looked and around and immediately fixed the problem. When they left my carpet was spotless and smelled amazing. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks.

know. He caught me in a really bad day, dah..my carpet was soaked, but he took it and managed to complete the job quickly and to my satisfaction. Use them, they’re good.

I called the flood damage pro and was told the technician will arrive in an hour. He called me and told me he got stuck in traffic and is running late, as much as I didn’t like it, I understood and in the end he was only 45 minutes late. The team fix the problem and managed to rebuild my wall perfectly.

I had a broken pipe in the hallway bathroom. We rushed to stop it but it took during this time my second floor was manager to get flooded. I called someone I knew in the area and they referred me to Flood Damage Pro.

Flood Damage Pro was super professional and didn't even hesitate to come out on Christmas Eve. Their team was very respectful on my family, the property and the stress we were under because of the break. I really appreciate their dedication and coming out on a holiday. I am very pleased with the work they did and I highly recommend them.

We came home from a vacation and found the ceilings in our condo dripping water because the upstairs neighbors' water heater blew. Geez, what do we do now, we were tired, stressed and definitely not in the mood to deal with anything like this. Our neighbors gave us Flood damage pro’s number. We were welcomed by a very nice girl names Karen on the other line. We explained the situation, and she reassured me they’ll deal with everything. And they did. I took my family and we continued our vacation at a hotel. The technician and his team fixed everything. He kept us in the loop on every detail of the restoration. Our carpets looked better than ever, the ceiling was fixed and painted and I was able to breathe again. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I just had to do it this time. Al and the team at Flood damage pro were exceptional.

Fast, efficient, professional-- these guys know what they are doing.
