Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are disappointed that we never scored a higher rating as we strive to ensure all our customers are happy with our products and service. The Thermostat you bought does not come with a back box as it is designed to fit into a standard lighting back box that is a min 48mm deep and in most cases, this has already been installed by the electrician or installer and we make no mention of it being included in our description, as this was a replacement purchase for a previous thermostat it would have fitted into the existing back box. All UFH thermostats by most manufacturers do not include this as a standard item and we have had no demand to sell them.

Good Customer Service experience
They helped advise what size heating mat, based on size calculation prior to purchase. They then helped by clarifying the installation instructions. Both times I spoke to someone who was able to help straight away. A customer service team, that actually provides customer service.

I have deleted my previous review due to further correspondence with the company. I am happy with the action that they have taken so quickly in order to prevent the same delivery issues for happening to further customers. The after sale support that I have received since has been exemplary and Ewan was very thorough and polite on the phone. A very approachable company that unfortunately fell fowl to elements outwith their control. I would buy from them again.

I received a telephone call very soon…
I received a telephone call very soon after placing the order saying that someone else had ordered the same product online just before me and so unfortunately there wasn't the quantity I ordered available. I said I wasn't in a rush and when were they likely to receive stock but they couldn't confirm as they were having problems importing stock. My order was cancelled and I received a full refund very promptly. Oddly though, I've tried since and it always allows me to add the quantity I required to my basket, no mention of insufficient stock! Perhaps they just didn't want my order. Lawrence was very polite though, when he called me and in fact they did me a favour because I found the same product for nearly half the price on another website and it was delivered the next day at no extra cost so everyone's a winner

Due to severe delays in imports from Europe with delays with customs etc we could not guarantee when our next shipment would arrive hence why we offered you a full refund quickly in order for you to order elsewhere. We unexpectantly received our stock order the day after and were able to replenish stock - I am glad you found your products elsewhere quickly
