I had checked out similar products in DIY stores at much greater cost. I ordered the mat and thermostat on the Friday and it was delivered on Monday morning. Very impressed - installed and ready to tile.

Excellent pre and post sales service
We urgently needed an underfloor heating controller and the company responded really well to a number of questions posed about the correct controller- guiding us towards a more up to date option that I was requesting.
There was an issue connecting the controller to the associated phone app and we were very professionally guided through the process easily overcoming an issue which I had been struggling with.
Overall a very impressive experience
