Having never installed underscreed heating before we were impressed with the advise and expertise given. Unfortunately 1 of the packages was damaged on delivery (not the fault of the supplier) and 1 was twisted and was difficult to lay. We were short of the fixing strips required, but a call to the supplier resulted in extra being sent for delivery next day. We were contacted to confirm these had been received which showed an impressive concern for customer care. We will be using this supplier again.

Had to ring to find them in spite of a message after ordering on line that I would be contacted by them. To put matters right I received an apology with a promise of shipment the same day although it was quite late and I took delivery the next day.
