The product itself is exactly as expected, and will be a great addition to our back-bar floor. The team at Flooring Inc was very friendly, and they seemed willing to help me through some obstacles. Unfortunately, there were a few. I found when I got my purchase confirmation that the color was incorrect. I had to completely cancel that order and start another, with several days between cancel and refund. I tried using the website chat function, but in the end I just had to get someone on the phone. Again, the team was great, but this was far too much hassle for 5 starts.

I haven't received my floor yet, but Stephanie was fantastic. She was personable and answered all of my questions fully. She made ordering a pleasant experience and I will use this company for any further flooring needs.

I would not recommend this company. The situation I experienced could have been resolved expeditiously and professionally if someone had contacted me as requested (several times).
When the carrier arrived to deliver my product, the driver scanned the order as delivered, only for the driver to then realize the product was not actually on the truck.
I immediately contacted FlooringInc by email to explain that the order had not been delivered and requested guidance as soon as possible. On Friday afternoon, I also attempted to call multiple times, requested a callback, sent emails, and requested text communication over the course of several hours.
Instead of receiving direct assistance, I received what appeared to be an automated response instructing me, the customer, to do the legwork to locate an order that the carrier failed to deliver. The tone of that response also came across as accusatory, as though I needed to prove the delivery had not occurred despite the product never being left with me.
If you are going to use a carrier that has a 1.4 out of 5 star review, then it would be beneficial to assist the customer when issues arise.
I have requested a phone call from a manager about a dozen times now and still no response which has led me to leave a poor review.
Additionally, for awareness, none of the flooring matches! I am so disappointed! This experience has been awful.
