I would give you a zero if I could. You know good and well you never called me back. I have been waiting for your call then you send me a survey. It’s almost as bad as your shipping department in Tennessee. Rolled up a 2’ x 9’ and on the 2’ side which made it 9’ long and put it on a pallet and shipped it by a big truck. Rolling it on the 2’ end and UPS would have costed the company a lot less money. Not to mention the warehouse in Arizona cut my other mat and never shipped it. Had to call several times to get them to ship it. One service guy said he couldn’t figure out why they didn’t ship it. He’d let me know what was going on by email. I never got an email from him. Not surprised really. I’m not one to complain but it’s been a battle to get my mat. Lol I still don’t have it! Shipping company called today and said your shipping department didn’t put my business name on the address instead it had my name on it. This is Friday. Now I can’t get it until Monday! Well I’m editing my review. I got my coin mat. It has several bad places in it. One place has a four inch cut in it. Looks like it’s been abused by a fork lift and drug around. I have several pictures. You just can’t make this stuff up! Very sad.

I called in to place a follow up order and asked them to confirm they matched it to the last order. The answer was yes. The order is not the same color. I call into customer service. I send them a picture showing them clearly. The order is not the same color. The person acknowledges it and then asks for more pictures. I'm placed on hold for over an hour. I eventually hang up. I asked for a manager to call me back.

I still have not received any refund for returned product. The refund I have been promised is also unacceptable. I have been charged for shipping on a product I canceled before it shipped.

After several calls and text messages, waiting for days, nobody answered me. I had to work through Amazon and it took a long time and a lot of finagling to get this issue resolved. But nobody from Flooring, Inc. called me. Awful customer service.

Ordered garage tiles, three colors. Told me it would be up to three month wait. Surprised to get two colors early. After three months, no third color. Checked order status, said the third color shipped with the others, obviously this was not correct. Called, no answer. Finally went on chat and talked with Lydia. She was able to help get the issue resolved in two- three days. She saved this company from a terrible review.

Agent was very friendly.
Researched my question and forwarded me a text with the tracking and shipping number.

After simply inquiring about an order status that wasn’t available in the website, was put on hold for 20 minutes listening to about a 30 second audio loop. Finally hung up without receiving an answer to a seemingly simple inquiry. So I texted requesting the order status information. Now,I’m asked to provide a survey. Really?
