Called me and resolved issues with my order

Representative was very helpful and went out of her way to get me the information I needed.

The order arrived on time. But, I must say it took longer than expected to receive my order. Over a month when my order was placed. Once delivery was started, the arrival time was as shown. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I NEVER received an order confrimation on the 14th. I had to initiate first contact on the 16th. First you tell me my order was wrong via chat, I get transfered from customer service to a rep, only to be transfered back to CS. Stated, I want to speak to a person. They said Flooring tired to reach me, my caller id says otherwise. Once she finally called it wen down hill even futher. Made it out to be all my fault. She then tells me the shipping info on the website is not accurate. Then she sends a false order that she made on the website, copy and pasted it and sent to me... (The shipping info matches todays nshipping dates)... I dont have time to deal with dishonest companies nor dishonest employees. I have owned my own business for 50+ years, I would not have made it more than a year if I treated customers this way.

The experience was far from great. The person who helped me did a great job but I'm very unhappy because I was told the previous time I called over a week ago the items would be shipped last week. This order was placed 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting with no update from the shipper. As a customer I feel it is important to know how long it will take to receive a product and if it is backed order so I can plan accordingly.
I will check in 24 hours to see if this item is truly being shipped. If not, I will cancel the order!

Customer service is non-existent. You don’t answer the phone and offer an option to text. I sent four text messages to you with zero replies. You took two weeks getting samples to me. You keep referring to me as “Patrick”, and my name is Richard. I went to Lowe’s to get my carpet tiles. Quite frankly, I’ve never seen such horrible customer service.

It took over a week to resolve the mistake that was made to my order. I called, emailed and even used the chat feature but still did not receive any significant response. I finally received a call from Marquel Hamilton and he quickly resolved the issue. I gave Marquel the 5 star review for his quick response however, my overall experience was disappointing.
