Top quality rug and looks great. We have an odd sized entry way to our mud room and it was nice to be able to order a custom size that fits perfectly!

The rug looks ok - very industrial for inside the house tho.

If you contact customer service don’t be surprised if you NEVER get a response! After multiple messages and a week later never heard from them.

The directions and website were understandable. The ordering really could not have been any easier.

I spoke with Kate, she was quick and thorough and very professional. The quality of the rug was great, shipping took longer that expected but it was the manufacturer/warehouse that was backed up. Overall, pleased with my experience.

I was looking for a custom-sized runner mat for my commercial building and I had the benefit of dealing with Kate Mucci. She walked me through all the different options available to me and made the entire process so seamless and easy. The representatives who helped me were patient with all my requests and helped me understand the different types of mats, and what would be the best for my locations. They provided many different proofs for different fonts. Very thankful for their help.

Confusion on what design was requested. Had to argue to get it fixed. Still sent the wrong product. Was tired of arguing

Since there doesn’t seem to be a way to reply on trust pilot…yes the incorrect mat was sent. Last year I ordered a mat that I believe was 3x4. That one was fine. The new location has a bigger entry way so I ordered a mat 4x6. That one had the wrong logo. The corrected mat that was delivered was 3x4. So I paid for 4x6, but I got 3x4. With the logo I was settling for because for some reason…you changed the fonts and kerning of the logo that I wanted. Which is baffling.

A doormat personalized for our church, in my opinion, started slow and slowly moved to a finish. The finished product made the wait worse the anxiety.
