The sales team was so helpful. They sent me in real life pictures of the flooring I wanted. This helped on massively on the selection process. Great communication from the team overall.

Hi Leo, sorry to hear the consignment was delayed via TNT, we are aware they had suffered delays to your consignment due to the amount of freight on their network but granted we would have preferred this to not had caused a delay to your order.

Hi Matt, thank you for your feedback, I have checked the notes and I can see you queried the sample sent and the steps received as not been similar colour. They were the correct product but we advised not a close match to your flooring so I can see we then directed you to a closer match to the floor you have. We also helped to cover the swap over cost for this and have had no further correspondence from you regarding quality nor issue with the product we suggested. I am going to complain about the product quality. I bought same product a year ago and and then quality was much better. Have pictures to prove it. Now the product is getting damage when holding it in hands. The laminate is caming off. Plus the delivery came damaged. Replied with to your email with 5 different pictures of the damages. Looking forward to hear from you. I have sent another email and still no reply

Have only ordered samples & am yet to make up my mind but speed of service was fantastic & correspondence was good.....no pressure to buy, which I think indicates they know the samples will sell themselves.
