The sales team was so helpful. They sent me in real life pictures of the flooring I wanted. This helped on massively on the selection process. Great communication from the team overall.

Fantastic customer service!
I needed Quickstep asap and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Even staying a bit later to keep an eye on my online order pinging through to them. Great service, highly recommend!

Damaged set off staircase
Ive order a set off staircase they came damaged and ruined after that called the office they said that I will get a refund for it I called few more times during 2 months and still waiting for the refund very frustrating to deal with once you have paid the money all it matters for them !!!

Good customer service, delivery and quality product
I had a brilliant experience contacting customer service. It was after I realised I have ordered a different stair cladding than what I should have.
The person I spoke to, very kindly , made the chanes needed and 2 days later I received the order. It is absolutely lovely and can't wait to have it fitted onto my stairs.

Happy with the delivery. They could not fulfil part of the order but informed me and have arranged a refund. No-one is perfect, this is fine.

Great flooring. Some issues with delivery
Flooring was lovely, communication with me from flooring monster was also very good and prompt. I Would have given a 5* review however information was not passed to delivery company about restricted access to the house which meant I had to drive 30 minutes to go collect the flooring.
