I bought a Philodendron Pink Princess from Florafolia. Plant was carefully and beautifully packaged. Not one leaf was crinkled, no soil spillage. The Pink Princess looked healthy and happy even when it was in the box for a few days while being shipped from Byron Bay to Sydney.

Arrived in great condition and plant was well wrapped up.

Reasonably fast dispatch and delivery, given the current circumstances. Plants were well packed and didn't move around in transit.

Unfortunately one of the plants was in very poor condition. Had crispy and curled leaves, and a lot of dark dead roots.

I had bought a Pink Princess from Florafolia for myself and was pretty happy with it so I bought one for my daughter and had it sent to her in locked down Melbourne for a bit of cheer. She was delighted with it, I've only seen the picture she sent me but it looks as good as mine. The packaging kept the plant from harm, but like mine the soil had become loose and fallen out. This is an easy fix, but as a person who buys a lot of mail order plants, I know there are packaging solutions for this. Thanks again for the pink Princess and the card

Happy with my purchase

This was our second purchase from Florafolia. We gave a five star review for the FLF we purchased in January. Sadly, our second experience was not as positive, although we still think overall this is a great business.

Pros: I called to ask if I could get a plant delivered in time for Fathers' Day from interstate. They were so helpful and my plants arrived in three days and I was so so grateful for that.

Cons: Sadly, the plant looked nothing like the picture on the site (I know it won't look the same, but this was significantly different). It was a far less mature plant with only one stalk whereas two were pictured. There was also quite a bit of leaf damage. I found a couple of mealy bugs on it as well as another pest I couldn't identify which was the tipping point for me. When I emailed them about this, I received no response which is a departure from the usually great customer service I've had.

That said, the plant is doing well now after some pest treatment and trimming a few leaves. It's just not the experience I would have hoped for.

Nervous bout buying my first online plant. Arrived quickly, and packaging was simple but very secure. Plant was in better than expected condition😁😁will be buying from florafolia again.

I was surprised to receive the plants I purchased very quick! I thought it was arriving the following week, but it literally arrived a few days later. My plants were nicely and carefully wrapped, and found no damage to them. Very happy with the fast delivery and the healthy plants I bought!
