Hi just received a calm Koala with no instructions. I have pressed paws and tummy —nothing happens. Looks cheap and wasn’t. Avoid this company came from China seems a scam!!!!

Prompt communication and good solution
I bought a Hoya obovata and found it was significantly smaller than in the pictures on Florafolia website, so I wrote to point out this issue. I received very prompt reply to explain the team has got the growing stock rather than the ready-for-shipping stock. Along with the apologetic reply was a full refund. Despite the mistake, the communication was prompt and I am happy with the solution, so I still rate the service of this order as 5 stars.

I was surprised how big and healthy the plant was for the cost.
The selection of plants was somewhat limited with a lot that I liked sold out - however very happy with my final choice.
