Hi,

I had placed on order and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday which was 14th Feb. Now, after following with the support over whatsapp the whole day for which I got the reply only once, finally I got call from delivery person around 10:40 at night. Coming to my house would have taken him another 25-30 mins, so post 11 pm, do you really feel someone will like to take a delivery post 11 at night? And, on top of that, when I said, pls cancel the order, he just marked it as delivered. What the hell? Is this how you guys support your customers? Seriously pathetic service.. No proper response or followup. On top of that, instead of canceling the order was marked as delivered, so no refund. This is totally unprofessional

I had the worst experience with these people yesterday, Jan 15th 2024.
I ordered cake and flowers from the US for a delivery to Mumbai.
Cake arrived damaged. A replacement cake was sent 5 hrs later with a delivery to charge to my family.
It spoiled the experience. DO NOT USE them at all

Never have the flowers you order, then they replace them with the cheapest flowers they have. Always miss out things from your order and very bad customer service. I would leave zero stars if I could.

Did not deliver order on time . I ordered same - day delivery but it wasn’t delivered. Customer service is non-existent. You will never get a response! I ordered $65 flowers and cake and the order was never delivered. I also never heard back after sending multiple messages to customer service.
DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HeRE!!

They are conmen. I hey charged me for something and delivered something else! When I contacted them, they didn’t respond! Don’t waste your money and they are thieves

I order and they call in the morning and still not test delivered till 4 pm, it’s very bad services and they call my wife and asking did you order or not, what is this and this is surprise for my wife and you guys asking you order or not with her

Previous order was delivered four days late, missing the occasion, and customer service would not respond/refund.
Today I tried again to order flowers, this time no matter what I pick it says the flowers can't be delivered to my postcode - this is a postcode I have had flowers delivered to many times before through FloraIndia. Service and availability has greatly deteriorated in the past few months compared to how it used to be.

I placed an order on 8th of May which has not yet arrived despite the arrival date of 9th.
There is no response to my emails . I was charged more on my card than the actual

I am very disappointed with the service and will certainly not recommend this site,
I have used ferns and petals in the past and they were certainly far efficient and responsive.

PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM FLORAINDIA. It is nothing equal to what is shown in picture. Not even one flower in a bouquet. Delivered pink teddy instead of white 😳

Had ordered a cake on my anniversary through floraindia , however what we received was a melted & shapeless cake.

I ordered a birthday cake for my mom. They sent a completely different cake, a much cheaper version than what was in the description.

Flowers were dead and fruit basket was nothing like the photo. VERY disappointed.

Very very bad service. They are 100%scam. I Just waste my money. I paid extra for delivery but they did not deliver my cake on exact time. The taste of cake was soo yuck. 😩😩

Absolutely disaster and worst customer service. Didn't deliver rakhee and gift and lied that it will be done today tomorrow. Spoiled my festival. Don't pick Their calls. It's worst ever Customer service experience. No reply to emails. I had to fight a lot for refund. Please don't use this website.

ABSOLUTELY SCAM

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE TOTALLY SCAM, never delivered full order, i order cake, flowers and chocolate with Rakhi, they just delivered rakhi and chocolate, no cake or floweres and then asked me to pay more to get it delivered. I paid extra charges which I shouldn’t have paid, still no order is delivered. THEY DONOT ANSWER ANY CALLS NOR THEY RESPOND TO EMAIL OR TEXT, WILL FAKE MARK THE ORDER AS DELIVERED BUT IT WILL NEVER BE DELIVERED. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY
