I wanted a particular engraved necklace and contacted Florence London via WhatsApp to see if this was something they could do. The response to my questions were immediate and the piece of jewellery was dispatched within 24hrs of purchase. The quality of the piece is gray and the service from start to finish was amazing. Will definitely purchase from here again.

Brought the open bangle for my daughter who is over for Christmas. I engraved on the inside ‘my heart holds you when my arms cannot”.

Bracelet broke within 5 wears, really unhelpful response from the store.
Store followed up review with several passive aggressive and accusatory email responses- no offer to resolve the situation, then tried to have review removed as said they thought it was for someone else- no accountability.

I received Florence bracelet for my birthday. It was amazing and really good quality. I have since ordered three for my grandchildren. Two as christening gifts the other for passing her exams. Rosie the owner was so helpful and it's excellent that you can speak on the telephone direct. This is the perfect keepsake for someone special in your life.

Amazing quality and very quick delivery

Absolutely beautiful bracelet in which we could have a long message engraved. (Could only get a few words with other brands) Customer service amazing - helped us to get the piece at very short notice but in time to congratulate our daughter on her GCSE results. Love it! Very impressed.

I got immediate personal advice about a purchase. When I needed to change my order both Hannah and Rosie were fantastic on amending it and I got it in time for my anniversary. I then had credit with them and they personally responded again via WhatsApp and I had my second order with no issues within three days. Great service lovely pieces my partner wears his bangle every day and still not a scratch or change in colour or quality. I got gold and enamel chain, bracelet by ring all individually packaged with a personalized card which was a nice gesture 😀

I recently ordered a gold bangle for my wife, engraved and it wasn't until the receipt came through that i realised shi7, i have ordered the wrong size . I panicked and emailed, they came straight back to me, re-organised my order - it arrived and is perfect, my missus is over the moon with it. I found this website online and the jewellery is beautiful! I purchased a lovely bangle for my nieces graduation there was a small complication but when I messaged them they replied straight away!
