Cakes were mediocre in taste and not worth the price
I ordered two cakes and two plants. I was happy with the timely delivery and the plants were fine too but the cakes were so mediocre in taste and the overall looked shabby. I had specially requested for the wishes to be written on it but both the cakes were delivered with no birthday wishes written on it. Quite disappointed with the presentation the taste.

One of the lily flowers was damaged and withered. The glass vase for which Rs 200 was charged was also pretty ordinary and not of a very high quality.

Disgusting service
Your customer service on this order is disgusting.
My cousin found your site online and since she was in USA she asked me to order flowers to be delivered in Chennai.
You charged for a vase and the picture on your site shows light pink roses
You sent roses not light pink and no vase. Also gave a message to be written on card but received blank card.
To make matters worse u then apologized and said u would send a dozen pink roses and a vase to be delivered by noon next day.
Now I find out that was a lie and now its a refund for vase.
Your service is so bad that I am posting it online so others dont get duped by you.

The delivery person/his manager with whom I have interreacted was very rude. They did not even send the picture of Boque or the photo when it was delivered to the receiving party,
The attitude of the delivery agent was completely rude and unprofessional al after taking money.
Wil never order a delivery through this platform in the future and will advise the same to to thers also.

I decided to use FruitsnFlowers to send flowers for a birthday party. Their Website was professionally done. Beautiful, exactly as it says on the tin.
Delivered when expected, as expected.
I'd looked at many online florists delivering in India and many seemed to have hit-and-miss reviews. In the end I decided to use FruitsnFlowers to send flowers to friends in Hyderabad on their 40th anniversary AND have it delivered to the Hotel where they were having their party. Got a photo of the flowers and they were beautiful (as in the website photo), they were delivered on-time at the requested venue and I got notified of the delivery. It was a great experience, and I will use it again and recommend it to other friends I have here in the UK, who I know have friends and family in India.
