Terrible experience with Flowers and Fruits India – completely unprofessional and insensitive service.
I ordered a bouquet of blue orchids and a cream teddy bear for a couple who just had a baby boy. After placing the order, I received a call saying blue orchids were unavailable and they offered purple instead — I agreed. They also said the 12-inch cream teddy was out of stock and they would send a 10-inch cream teddy instead. I specifically told them not to send a pink teddy, as that would be inappropriate for the occasion.
Despite multiple confirmations, they still delivered a pink teddy, which turned a thoughtful gesture into a complete embarrassment in front of the entire family. It was not just disappointing, it was insulting. The gift was completely ruined, and the emotional stress it caused cannot be described.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they ultimately refused to offer a refund or a proper resolution. This is not how you treat paying customers, especially after making such an obvious and avoidable mistake. They clearly do not value customer trust or take responsibility for their errors.
Avoid this service at all costs if you're expecting professionalism, reliability, or basic respect.

To resolve the issue, we offered either a replacement or a refund for the teddy bear. You initially accepted the replacement, but later requested a full refund. As the flowers were delivered as confirmed and the issue was limited to the teddy bear, a full refund wasn't applicable. However, the teddy bear amount has been successfully refunded. We appreciate your understanding and hope to serve you better in the future.

I recently placed an order for a flower bouquet online through If Flowers and Fruits, and I must say, they truly surprised me with their exceptional service. While placing the order, I provided the recipient’s contact number. Unfortunately, that number was switched off at the time of delivery.
What impressed me the most was their quick and thoughtful response. Their customer service team reached out to me via WhatsApp to ask for an alternative number. I informed them that I had the recipient’s wedding invitation card and forwarded it to them. They took the initiative to contact the recipient using the details from the card and successfully delivered the bouquet on time. They even confirmed the delivery with me, which I deeply appreciated.
This experience stood in stark contrast to a previous order I had placed with another company, where the bouquet was never delivered and I received neither a proper response nor a refund.
Kudos to “If Flowers and Fruits”! Your service is priceless and your customer support is outstanding. Thank you once again!

Disappointed with the quality
Thank you for arranging the delivery. However, I’m quite disappointed with the bouquet received. I received a call earlier informing me that an exact match wasn’t possible and that a substitute would be delivered — which I was willing to accept.
Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were not fresh and appeared significantly lower in quality and value than I paid.

I chose that combination because it was complimenting colours. The colour in which the flowers were wrapped was completely different and it was not looking that good. I did not hesitate while seeing the price, however the experience was not nice.

It all arrived without problem and Kamala was very, very happy to receive a gift in perfect condition.
