for the first time I orderd from here though i belongs to north India Uttarakhand i got married in south i ordered from some other company but they did not fulfilled so i chose from here as my husband belongs to chennai and need to give him surprise without any delay he received flowers. and that too before time.

Excellent Service, During my order I have provided wrong phone number ie.. instead of giving the receiver's contact number I gave the sender's (my) phone number. However, Flowers N fruits representative took extra steps that to contacted me via whatsup and email and the gift was delivered on time. I highly impressed on their service

The fruits were not good when they arrived.
The communication can be better. After the order I got a notice via whatsapp there is an extra charge for delivery . This was too late and I had to cancel the order

Poor in delivering what they promise for. Had ordered 100 roses of bouqet worth of 5595 INR and there were only 75 roses in the bouquet and once you contact them they won’t accept their mistake.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a glass vase. The bouquet of flowers was delivered in what was nothing more than a drinking glass! And they charged an extra Rs 200 for that for the drinking glass!
When I contacted customer service, they sent me a pic of how that GLASS can hold 10 flowers. It no doubt can hold 10 PLASTIC flowers that weight less than 10g, but try putting natural flowers in it and it keeps toppling from the weight. Also it is still not a VASE!

My recent encounter with Flowers N Fruits left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Initially, I placed an order for flowers on their website, with the total cost, including the delivery fee of RS 150, clearly stated as RS 2499. However, my optimism quickly turned sour when I received an email after a while placing my order (FNF1718221738), demanding an additional RS 300 so total delivery fee is almost RS 500 because, according to them, the location was supposedly far from the city.
To my dismay, the reason provided for the extra charge turned out to be false – the location was not as remote as claimed. Despite my best efforts to reason with their customer support team, Their unhelpful responses and refusal to rectify the situation meant I couldn't even wish my friend a timely birthday with the present I intended.
This experience has left me deeply concerned about the integrity of Flowers N Fruits. Resorting to such deceptive practices and disregarding the trust of their customers is simply unacceptable. It also casts doubt on the authenticity of their positive reviews, which now seem more like paid endorsements than genuine feedback.
In conclusion, my encounter with Flowers N Fruits was nothing short of a scam. I strongly advise potential customers to approach this company with caution to avoid similar frustrations. As for me, I will not be patronizing them again. They hold the money and for refund it almost takes 10 days.
This review serves as a warning to others and a call for Flowers N Fruits to re-evaluate their business practices.

They conveniently failed to deliver flowers. The only job they had and failed miserably and now won't reply to my calls and messages for a refund. Stay away from these scammers

Poor service. I ordered gifts for my parents wedding anniversary. They cancelled my order late on the day of the supposed delivery. Waited until the end of the day to let me know that they have to cancel my order. This left me with no chance to find alternatives to send gifts to my parents in India. Unhelpful staff, did not give me a reason for the last minute cancellation. Do not recommend their service to anybody.

I have used multiple sites to send gifts to loved ones in India, this one by far was the worst experience I have had. They would not tell you if your location is not covered by their service but make up some last minute excuses to tell you why they cant deliver. hey cancelled my order late on the day of the supposed delivery. Totally unhelpful staff members. Please don't order if you are not ordering to a big city.
