These guys are thugs. They screw up everything right from the late delivery to stale flowers and pathetic cake . There is no similarity what they show in picture and what they deliver. Looks like they buy used or discarded flowers and cheat customers with that. Bunch of lovers

Orchids came, but they were not the colour we ordered. I had ordered for blue, and they came in purple. The bouquet was withered and was just a few sprigs of orchids, nothing like the photo shown. No message about the colour change. Quite dissapointed over spending 1000 bucks on a few withered orchids.

2nd Edit, after a good correspondence with Subhajit a new bouquet of flowers were sent to my beloved mother in law, fresh flowers in a beautiful bouquet, and a nice haldiram 1/2kg soan papdi.

Very Efficient… Although I booked for the last moment where the delivery date wasn’t available for the same day,, spoke to customer relations and they arranged to deliver same day within 5 hrs. Will surely recommend the service.

Customer service representative, Raj was very helpful in organising flowers and a condolence card as per my unique request. I wanted to send a long message despite the shortage of such big cards to print. He helped in solving the problem which made me happy as I wanted to send my heartfelt message to my grieving aunt. I highly recommend their service.

Worst experience of sending flowers by flowersnfruits.com. Firstly I has ordered for multi colored Rose bouquet of 12 flowers. I was informed that Vendor in Lucknow has only Red roses. IN winter season when even local flower vendors have variety of roses, they had only Red roses.
Then, it was first website which charges Rs 100 extra for even standard delivery timings. After placing order I contacted customer service on whatsapp and requested delivery of flowers either before 12 noon or after 5.30 pm as nobody would be at home between this time. I believe my request was reasonable and I was assured for adherence to requested timing.
The Delivery man reached home at around 1.30 pm to deliver the flowers and then called my wife ( for whom flowers were sent) and started fighting and misbehaving that why no one is at home to take the delivery and its not his job to call the concerned person for delivery. This has completely spoiled the mood and purpose of sending flowers.

All this when informed to customer service, I was simply told that all this beyond their control and nothing much can be done. So only fleecing the money online from the customers is in their control and after that no responsibilities lies with the company. Really pathetic!!!

Dear admin of Flower and fruits : for your reply to my feedback, I had already contacted you through email before writing this feedback but you havent replied back. So stop making drama in common platform to reply that please contact on email!!!
