If you are looking to buy a supposal invincible dog toy that has a lifetime warranty from fluffspet you should reconsider. It must have come from China because it took about 2 weeks to get here. It's not cheap. They says it's got a lifetime warranty but it doesn't it says they'll replace it one time. I didn't see that before i bought. But I'll take the blame on that. The dogs killed it very quickly as I expected. I contacted the company to get my replacement because why not they said they would I figure they owe me that much for making such an expansive piece of junk and it wasn't clear to me about the warranty and replacement stuff I think it said lifetime replacement which they said they do but only once. I feel like they were rude to me when I asked them to honor their word and send me another like they said they would. I cut all ties and advise you never to make one.

We have ordered 2 "indestructible" toys for our dogs - when Evri (former Hermes) has left them at the accessible porch despite being instructed to bring them to the door and the parcel was stolen, we have asked them to send a replacement and their reply was - "handle it with the courier yourself" in short, so we wrote an angry email about the seller's responsibility, that it is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and that we will take it to Trading Standards and all the social media possible if they don't act, and they have sent us a new parcel. As soon as we received it, my dog has destroyed it within less than an hour, so we sent all the necessary proofs and asked for a replacement, they have replied they will send a new toy. After weeks of radio silence, we have emailed them again and their response was: "I have just looked into this as I thought it strange you haven't received your replacement. However, our processing department discovered that you have already received your replacement some time ago, therefore, we are unable to replace again."
My advice - avoid this horrible and dishonest company at all cost, good reviews on their website are generated by themselves out of nowhere (you can check their average 1.9 out of 5 on Trustpilot), for £30 you are receiving a cheap toy that you can buy for £1-2 in any other shop that will be destroyed in seconds, and absolutely no help from their incompetent customer service.

Absolutely useless, don't waste your money
This supposedly indestructible toy lasted less than 10 minutes with my dog. The items are clearly just drop shipped from somewhere knowing that even if they send out two they are still in profit, they are generic rubbish, the replacement ball on a rope toy is absolutely tiny, 100% not worth what they are charging. Any bad reviews are clearly deleted from their website as trustpilot tells a totally different story.

I fell for the great reviews on the website like a lot of people, as the "indestructible" toy that I bought was destroyed by my puppy in about three minutes.

There was a lot of pushback from Fluffspets about a refund, so I raised a dispute with PayPal and got my money back.

I don't understand how such a company is allowed to operate. I didn't think to look at Trustpilot for reviews, annoyingly.

Fluffspets also spend a lot of time deleting negative comments from their social media, which in itself speaks volumes.

You'll not get a refund via Fluffspets, as they eventually ignore emails, so raise a dispute with your bank or PayPal and hopefully you'll have some luck there.

The indestructible toy was destroyed within 5 mins that’s not a heavy chewer that’s incredibly poor quality! I contacted them and was offered a replacement, a harder wearing ball on a rope. It eventually arrived, however, it was way too small to be given to a large dog, for safety it went straight in the bin. Better quality toys and cheaper available, seriously avoid!

Ordered the XL dog bed, money left the account, zero confirmation and zero communication from the company.

Should have checked here, AVOID! no idea if I will get my money back and a total waste of time.

Refusing to honour the 14-day money back guarantee. Most of the items sold are available for a few quid on Ali Express.

As others have said AVOID! All reviews on their actual site are good which pulls you in. I bought a toy marketed for heavy chewers. Within 5 mins my dog had chewed through it. I contacted customer services who refused to refund & said could have replacement. They sent me a ball as replacement as I told them no point to sending me same toy. The ball sent was the smallest ball, again marketed for heavy chewers. My dog started biting bits off it & it was so small I worried he would also choke on it. I would spend your well earned money elsewhere especially for your pets safety

My cockapoo had the arm off the invincipaw lion and had ripped the body pulling the stuffing out within 20 min, complete waste of money, emailed fluffpets requesting a refund as I had bought 2, they responded promptly offering me a one time replacement for the one destroyed, no point as the same will happen again they did offer an alternative of an invinciball and rope set which I will try
Feel ripped off as these are not cheap toys and the description is misleading they are no stronger than anything you would buy for a fiver in your local store, would definitely NOT recommend

1 star for the toy and even worse customer service. They delete bad reviews on their website, what a joke.

I wish I’d have had the sense to look here before ordering but unfortunately this was one of my “couldn’t sleep 4am purchases”. Would love to rate zero stars but unfortunately it’s not an option. £32 for two toys that were destroyed in minutes. But don’t worry, they’ll give one replacement 🙄 complete scam. Avoid at all costs!!!

I wish read the other reviews before buying one of Fluffspets "Invincipaw" toys for my dog. Absolute waste of money. He destroyed it within 5 minutes of light chewing. One of the legs started coming away when I gently pulled at it. Customer service are useless and refuse to accept any liability or offer a refund. Can't believe a company like this are allowed to operate.

I ordered the Invincipaw Lion, for my Rhodesian Ridgback, who is a heavy chewer. This is easily one of the worst quality toys I have bought for my dog ever. He put 2 holes in it within 3 minutes, then ripped an arm off after another 3. The stuffing is now strewn across the living room. Have requested a refund but not holding out. Definitely don’t want a replacement of this trash item, especially since I had to pay €27 to release it from customs. Can’t leave a review on the website anywhere, all you see is 5* reviews of the toys lined up perfectly.
They are scammers - I hope people see these reviews before you buy!

Lasted 5 minutes with my cockapoo:( useless

Not only did the toy fall apart revealing SHARP parts, they have deleted all my comments on their social media and are ignoring my emails.

DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR DOG!!

TOTAL SCAM! Do not waste your money, I stupidly bought 2, 1 lion and 1 elephant and they lasted less than an hour! When I contacted customer services to complain and ask for a refund I was told that they clearly state all over their website that they cannot guarantee your dog won’t destroy it! Of course I know my dogs are going to destroy them eventually but expected them to last longer than an hour!!

Absolute con. I doubted the toy was as tough as they said but they offer to replace it if your dog does manage to break it so I thought worth a go. Literally 2 minutes until my dog tore the head off, pulled the stuffing out and nearly choked on the squeaker. When I asked for refund they said no but would replace. What they don’t tell you is they only replace it once. They replaced it with a small rubber ball on a string that is useless and too small for my dog. I am furious that they can get away with this. As others said any bad review they obviously delete. AVOID THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY

Absolute scam. Avoid. Take your money and throw it out the window. Within 15 minutes my Labrador has ripped the "indestructible" elephant toy to pieces. Their business model is to sell extremely cheap toys at a higher price and send one replacement when your dog rips it in seconds as they have that big of a mark up on it that they are still making a killing on it. Their 14 day return policy is if the dog is still in its original packaging and unused. Absolute shambles.

Worst experience ever!!! My dog ripped it within 6minutes of having it. And the replacement was ripped in 4minutes!!
Refuses a refund and when asked for a review they didn’t approve it because it was negative!! Never have I ever had such a bad customer service experience! Absolute waste of money and I hope they see this review as I will be commenting on every single post I see on every social media platform so people know what a shoddy company they are and what a waste of money !!
