Son’s Soccer trip to London

Ella did a great job finding my son and I flights to and from London that worked within our required dates and times. Was able to get a great deal compared to what was available on the airline’s sites. Thank you for everything. We will definitely work with Ella and Fly Business again.

Professional flexible and friendly

They helped sort through airlines multiple choices, were very quick to respond to my needs and found a good deal.

ONly confusing part was explaining the alternate destination choice in order to get a cheap fair.

This is first encounter with this Air Line Assistance. I will say that the agent, Tom Bernard, was very professional, helpful and courteous. After our trip is completed and should other situations appear that need assistance as is cover thru Flight Insurance then will my experience with your business be given a useful review. So far all is well.

The agent I worked with was very helpful and I appreciated his efficiency and courtesy.

The agent I worked with was very pleasant and very helpful. I commend Oscar Miller for his work with me. The only significant problem that I encountered was not having received a confirmatory email upon completing the payment for my tickets. This caused me to have to return a call to the company to find out why I had not and what my next steps were supposed to be.
