I am giving this company a 4-star rating, only because they request a review before the trip is taken. I would prefer to write a review after the trip is completed rather than after the tickets are booked. So far - so good. Mario Rossi has been helpful and responsive.

Son’s Soccer trip to London

Professional flexible and friendly
They helped sort through airlines multiple choices, were very quick to respond to my needs and found a good deal.
ONly confusing part was explaining the alternate destination choice in order to get a cheap fair.

This is first encounter with this Air Line Assistance. I will say that the agent, Tom Bernard, was very professional, helpful and courteous. After our trip is completed and should other situations appear that need assistance as is cover thru Flight Insurance then will my experience with your business be given a useful review.
