I had a very concerning experience with a recent flight booking and want to warn others to be careful.

Back in February, I was searching for tickets on Fly Sharp. While I was in checkout (without paying), I received a call from an agent named “Sarah,” who helped me complete the booking. That ticket was genuine, and I travelled successfully. She then asked me to save her number for future bookings.

Because of that experience, I trusted her.

Recently, I contacted her again to book travel to India (returning with my wife and son). She assisted me and asked for £700 payment to an account under Flight Hunt Ltd. When I questioned this, she said it was associated with Fly Sharp. Based on my earlier booking, I trusted her and paid.

Unfortunately, the ticket I received was fake.

After payment, she stopped responding. When I contacted Fly Sharp directly and asked for “Sarah,” they denied any knowledge of my booking. This is very concerning, as it suggests someone had access to my previous enquiry and used it to gain my trust and scam me.

I have reported this to the police and lost £700. While I am not directly accusing Fly Sharp, they should urgently investigate how customer data may be accessed or misused.

My advice: only pay through official company channels, verify bookings directly with the airline, and be cautious of agents asking for transfers to different company names.

I hope this helps others avoid a similar situation.

I had a flight recently canceled due to…

I had a flight recently canceled due to the war in middle east. They did not even bother to inform me. Upon calling the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude (Mr. Mohit) he hung up on me with out answering my questions and also replied saying now you are stuck with my first name(on calling him the 2nd time and asking him for his full name) and I am going to hang up again and he disconnected my call.

I would never recommend such an unprofessional company for anything thing, as the staff is not at all helpful nor the company takes responsible to inform their customers about any update they get from airline. And a company that has a staff live Mohit is surely to be doomed.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Fly Sharp, and I feel it’s important to share this as a warning to others.

Their handling of customer service is extremely unprofessional. After my flight was delayed, I tried multiple times to reach out to them for assistance and clarification. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever—neither to my phone calls nor to my emails. Being left completely in the dark during such a stressful situation was incredibly upsetting and frustrating.

A flight delay is already inconvenient, but the lack of communication and support from Fly Sharp made the situation much worse. It showed a clear disregard for customer concerns and basic service standards.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using Fly Sharp. Reliable communication and customer care are essential when dealing with travel, and sadly, this agency fails to deliver on both.

Their Booking process doesn't mention that prices are not confirmed until its paid. They hold your money for days god knows if they earn interest and give it back to you. Customers service is horrible the way representative speak makes you feel like you have done something wrong not them extremely rude tone and then they hung up my call. Now my money is stuck for god knows how many hours flights now costing me 400 to 600 more for the same dates. I am definitely going to report them. Try to avoid booking through them and make sure to report them if you had similar experience as these are nasty business practices.

Worst customer service imaginable

One of the worst customer services I have ever been subjected to.

Booked flights to Oman, and the moment I received the booking email, I noticed the second leg of our flights had the wrong time (7 hour layover instead of 3 hour). I immediately called flysharp, they said the charge would be £40 per ticket to change flight details.

I called Etihad and confirmed their flights were changeable for free for 24 hours after booking, but had to be done by the agent. I therefore phoned them planning to surrender £80 to change the booking (an expensive admin fee for a 2 minute job, but whatever). On calling them, 2 hours after my first call, they informed me it would cost £100 per person to change the flights. I was horrified and ended the call to talk with my partner on what to do.

My partner reluctantly agreed that due to his health condition, the high price would be worth paying to fix the flights. I called them back, on the SAME evening, and they then informed me that the cost to change was now £200 per person.

This company is a complete scam and I advise anyone to avoid them at all costs. I delayed my review by months, because I was convinced by their terrible behaviour that they might just cancel our flights out of spite.

Dishonest - cancelled booking two weeks out

I booked through their website, they took my payment and sent through the booking details. I could see my flight details/booking reservation on the Airlines website. Then two weeks out from the flight, I got an email saying that my booking has been cancelled "due to non-availability of seats" yet they still have the exact flights options being offered on their website, so they do still exist and are still available.

They also have not returned my money for the flights.
