Great experience!

Dole klobúk pred touto spoločnosťou. Vymohla nám 1200 € bez nároku na honorár.
Dôvod bol, že som objednávku u nich zrušil, ale už ju mali potvrdenú od leteckej spoločnosti. Dnes nabehla plná suma.
Ďakujeme, takýchto spoločností je v dnešnej dobe málo. Držím palce v ďalšom fungovaní.

Does the airline not cooperate? Leave it for flywize.
We weren't able to get money for cancelled flight, neither money for paid hotel and taxies from Tap Portugal, even though we had a legal right. They proposed a voucher whith 1/3 of the money they owed us not included.
After one year of unsucessful attempts to talk with them, we gave our case to flywize. Few months after that we received our money and we will do it in the future in case something like this happens again. Great and trustworthy company with swift supoort team.
