I found Flywize on social media in July last year. I was travelling with my child and we missed our flight from Houston to Mexico. When I contacted the company, I wasn´t sure about the result since I got the answer that my claim was not eligible because of traveling outside Europe. I submitted additional documents explaining the reason of missed flight: the delayed flight from Europe (Germany). Flywize answered immediately promising to check my claim again. The communication was very clear and finally, in January I received the compensation. Thank you, Flywize! I truly recommend it.

Po mojej skúsenosti s touto spoločnosťou som nadmieru spokojná. Vyskúšala som už mnoho spoločností na kompenzácie a žiadna nebola taká rýchla a ochotná ako oni. Boli milí,ochotní a hlavne rýchlo vybavili moju žiadosť o kompenzáciu. Pri akejkoľvek otázke vám hneď odpovedia.

Let je zadala 22.6 dnes mi dorazily peníze na účet. S leteckou společnosti jsem se hadala neco přes rok a díky nim mám peníze. Děkuji

Very fast compensation thank you

Naozaj som bola veľmi prekvapená rýchlosťou riešenia požiadavky. O možnosti kompenzácie za meškanie letu som predtým ani nevedela a do budúcna určite znova rada využijem Vaše služby. Je len škoda že neriešite lety mimo Európy. Každopádne skvelá práca.

Po meškaní letu z Bologne do Viedne viac ako 3 hodiny som vedela, že máme s kamarátkami nárok na kompenzáciu, no netušila som, ako sa k nej dostať. O existencii Flywize som sa dozvedela prakticky náhodou, ale neváhala som a okamžite som využila ich služby. Celý proces je veľmi jednoduchý, vyriešia prakticky všetko za vás a kontaktujú vás iba v prípade potreby doplnenia informácií. Kompenzáciu pre mňa aj moje kamarátky získali pomerne rýchlo a ja nemôžem nič iné ako odporúčať túto službu ďalej.

It was a very easy process and service. Flywise emails you all the way through to update you as they work through your case, they have very good communication. Sorting these types of issues with airlines can be long and stressful but this was very simple and I got compensation in a reasonable timeframe.

Getting my compensation from airline was very comfortable as flywize was gaving me newest information step by step by e-mail. Also I got 10% discount in case a use flywize again if i need. I appreciate their help and recommend them :)

I contacted them in 04/23 about a cancelled flight in 01/23, which the airline (wizzair) declined to compensate due to vis major (strike). The answer was quick and stated that the airline was right and I am not entitled to a compensation.
How surprised was I to learn last week that a different company in the same field whom I also contacted managed to get the compensation (400 EUR under EU Reg 261) from the airline.
I give them 2 stars for a quick answer.
