I thought I have been scam but they were real and is super fast charging charger.

Summary: they take used accessories from phone boxes and sell them as brand new.

I ordered a set of Samsung earphones from themselves, advertised as brand new.
I was expecting to receive brand new earphones in sealed Samsung packaging - instead I received a set of earphones taken from a Samsung phone box .
I already have an issue with this because brand new means in original, sealed, unopened packaging, so the best they can advertised their item as is "unused".
But to add insult to injury, the earphones had been clearly taken out of their container, used, and then shoved back in the container.

They refused to refund, claiming that I had to pay the postage.
In the end, I had to open a case with Paypal, and got refunded by them.
I will add that the gentleman I dealt with in the Paypal dispute was nothing short of rude.

Note that I have nothing against used items, but I wouldn't buy used earphones for sanitary reasons.
Had I wanted one, I would have bought it from eBay at a much lower price.

Fast delivery (ordered Thursday and delivered next day), great product just what needed. Much cheaper than if ordered from Samsung because not a genuine Samsung lead as I have a genuine one with another phone and the quality isn't the same.

Excellent customer service. There was a problem with my order - my fault - which was dealt with efficiently and pleasantly.

For formality they guys ask me about order number and contact information but still not receiving any information about order and money back 😞

I ordered a Huawei AM116 earphone, but received a naked earphone without package, not even a simple paper box. There is no way to know if this is an original Huawei earphone in the correct model. Could be a fake one or a returned one. Contacted Fonehaus and they said they had no packaging from Huawei. All of their small items got no packagings and that is the way of on-line selling. This is not true, all Huawei products must have packaging, otherwise they are not called Huawei. I doubt if Fonehaus got the products from the original manufacturers, but from black market. They advertised on their website for original Huawei products but sell fake ones to the customers. Avoid them by all means.

Ordered what was advertised as a Samsung Watch Charger (OR900BBEGWW) expecting it to arrive in Samsung packaging.

It arrived without any packaging, and when queried was told it was from a 'Samsung Bulk Pack', and that the fact someone had printed 'Samsung' on the cable meant it was genuine.

The cable could be genuine, but I think it's highly unlikely that Samsung would ship cables in a clear plastic bag with an elastic band around it.

Fonehaus were unable to send me a photo of the 'Samsung Bulk Pack' my cable was from, so I'm unable to verify the claim of it being from a 'bulk pack'.

Postage took longer than expected but within a reasonable delivery time frame.
