Well-crafted, excellent quality stool
The company responded to questions helpfully and promptly. I chose to use my own fabric which needed fire retardant treatment and they kept me informed re progress through this and the manufacturing process .
The stool is well crafted and exceeded my expectations in appearance, quality and comfort.

Two bespoke footstools with storage…
Two bespoke footstools with storage ordered and paid for by phone with card. Excellent communication with Mark. Arrived in approximately four weeks. Delighted with them, seem very well made and just what I wanted.

I think the product was great
I think the product was great, really good quality, price was good and very easy to order
I personally would have liked a bit more of an update on delivery etc it said 2 to 4 weeks , I think it was 4-5 in the end which was absolutely fine but I would’ve liked a bit more of an update along the way. Definitely not a complaint as I can’t fault anything more a constructive criticism.

Excellent customer service and premium products. The fact that you can order fabric samples is so useful. We had some cushions made - they look stunning and have completely transformed our sofa. Highly recommend this company.

Bespoke footstool
I ordered a bespoke footstool which I received yesterday. First, it is perfect in size, colour, construction and quality. Thank you - I am delighted with the end result. Second a very big thank you to your courier Tony who was excellent, firstly by keeping me updated on his arrival and second going above and beyond helping me get the footstool upstairs and into the lounge. A first class service all round and I am more than happy to recommend Footstools and More to anyone who wants a quality product and experience.

Beautiful bespoke ottoman with excellent service
I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. I reached out with a bespoke design request, and they were incredibly responsive—answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. They were accommodating throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was just right.
As with anything custom-made, there's always a bit of nervousness while waiting for the final product. But when the ottoman arrived, I was absolutely blown away. It's beautiful—crafted with care, attention to detail, and exactly what I envisioned (if not better!). I couldn't be happier with the result.
Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and top-notch customer service.
