Order messed up twice and never arrived. They blamed fedex but didn’t provide any customer service at all. 5 separate times promised call backs didn’t happen. I wasted hours and had to fight for a refund. They just don’t care. I made a complaint and was promised a callback, guess what….no call back!
Said they’re really busy but you can hear people laughing and messing around in the background.

Ordered a towing ring which when inflated had a leak on the inner seam.
Two unanswered emails so far. Do not order from this shower .

Great advice, had what I needed in stock and a quick response after the order went in. Thanks to Kat. Then to order at 8.30am wed. Morning and received it by 1pm the next day I felt obliged to give a great review. Thanks Force 4

Echoing other bad reviews, I have phoned (recorded message reply) and Emailed, in order to arrange the return of an unsuitable item. Response - .....................................................NOTHING!

Delivery is not fit for purpose.
I paid £10 for next day delivery and FedEx insist that you stay at home all day between 8am and 6pm to sign for delivery.
Other couriers allow you to waive responsibility and put in a safe place.

Don't use this company! I ordered online, didn't receive anything and after two weeks, I emailed to ask for the tracking number.... no answer. Emailed again... no answer. Then emailed to request a refund... no answer. Then on the 4th week I called them and asked for a refund, which I got. But when I asked if they had received my emails, the answer was "yes". When I asked why they didn't reply, the answer was "well, you have your refund now so it's all sorted isn't it". Wow.... what absolutely abysmal customer service.

9/6/25: I ordered a new ensign on 21/5/25. I received an email saying it was dispatched on 23/5/25, but hasn't as yet reached Royal Mail, even though it was next day delivery! I have written 2 emails, called customer service several times & filled in their online enquiry form. My emails have not been acknowledged, my calls not returned even though they promise to do so. I have paid £69.90 & received nothing, this is fraudulent trading in my book. I've asked for a total refund. Meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath. Just dreadful.
UPDATE: I managed to speak to someone today (10/6/25).... it transpires that the ensign was returned, undelivered & I was given a full refund on 5/6/25!! They said an email had been sent to that effect, but it didn't come to me or my spam box. At least I have my refund, but I will not be using Force 4 again. A shame because in the past they've been very good.

Purchased items and receipt clearly stated they could be returned if not completely satisfied....I emailed asking for some advice and received nothing in reply. I then emailed asking to return the product and received no reply. I then emailed 'returns' and you got it, I received no reply. As per other feedback, very poor customer service.

At the moment very disappointed because I cannot contact anyone via email or their telephone call back offer.
I ordered a key for my inflatable's valves - not a large purchase but it is holding up a service. First, delivery via FedEx didn't work. Not the fault of Force 4. Our house is 500 years old and still some couriers don't have the common sense to try alternate ways to find us beyond the deficiencies of their Sat Nav.
I did once get through to a helpful lady at Force 4 and I received "my" order by post soon after. The packet said it was the correct part but it is for an 8 slot valve instead of my 6. Yes, I have actually tried it in the valves and it won't even go in to the aperture.
So I have sent an email with a photo and explanation, requesting the correct part. I have sent a reminder email, as I had no response. I have tried to telephone twice more. Although a call back is offered - there seems to be no way to wait to speak to anyone now - I have heard nothing.
I am on the point of giving up and making a key. I don't need a refund. Not likely to use this company again. I used to do but although my order is small beer "For the want of a nail, the battle was lost" as the poem goes.

I ordered 2 small inexpensive somewhat hard to find items - 10 packs of single edge razor blades for paint scrapers - at 13:30 on Friday.
Force4 offered the best price of anybody.
Without specifying any extra cost fast delivery - they arrived at home at 10:15 the next morning, Saturday, delivered by the postman.
Fantastic service and speed of processing the order and delivery.
The items are exactly as I expected.
100% Brilliant!

I ordered a replacement fuel line and primer pump on Friday at 2pm then rang to ask how soon they could deliver the lady was very friendly and professional she didn't make any problems but said at the latest it would be Tuesday she then must have gone off the phone and got straight to sorting it out because it was on my doorstep by 11am the next day Saturday that's fantastic service thanks very much

Terrible communications from call centre
Ordered life jacket but wanted delivery address changed as we were in Devon and wanted to pick it up in Plymouth. After two days of emailing and phone calls Megan rang me and stated all sorted she had cancelled fedex and I could call at Plymouth anytime to pick one up. Brilliant I thought but then got automated FedEx daily and eventually notification it had been delivered to my home address 250 miles away. Of course no one in and if it wasn’t for my lovely neighbour who picked it off my doorstep it probably would’ve been nicked. Terrible of force4 to basically give me a pack of lies.

Ordered a chart plotter card. Someone was ment to call to check the card is formatted for the correct plotter. Noone called, 1 week later called to check where it is. Said it would be next week. 1 week later, still nothing. Called and still unsure why its not been delivered. Called 3 times and every time told someone would call me back, nothing but lies.

They say you find out how great a company's customer service truly is, by how they deal with their customers when things go wrong!!!!
In this case, the customer service has been appalling.
I ordered a fishfinder on Monday the 17th of March, I then had a message saying it was going to be out for delivery on Thursday the 20th of March.
Next thing I had a message saying it had been delivered on Tuesday the 18th of March. Very strange….
I wasn’t at home that day and neither was my wife. So I then rang force 4 on Wednesday the 19th at 10 o’clock to enquire whether this was true.
I was told it had been delivered by fedex, in which I asked to where, as nobody was at home and there wasn’t a parcel left anywhere. (Not that I selected this as an option anyway)
I was then told by the lady I spoke with she will look in to it and come back to me. In a few minutes…. Well a few hours passed and due to not hearing anything I called again,
I wasn’t greeted with any real empathy or apology for not getting back to me. Only, I haven’t heard anything back yet, they can take up to 4hours to respond. It was at this point I highlighted the fact it was now 14:30 meaning it had been over 4hours anyway, in which she acknowledged and said wait there let me check. She then came back and said they have said it was delivered on Tuesday and signed for by a J Joshua, (no clue who this is, it isn’t me) so I asked what address. The person didn’t know so said she will enquire and come back to me….
Thursday the 20th comes, I wait until lunchtime, I haven’t heard anything, so I call again…. I speak to a different women so have to explain my situation all over again, she then says the lady is due back from lunch in 10mins so she will get her to call me back then to let me know.
Again, hours later…. Still nothing so I call back around half 4 as I was conscious they close at 5. Again, not greated with any real empathy, sympathy or accountability from the member of staff, just simply that she hadn’t come back to me as there wasn’t an update from fedex.
I highlighted I had ordered this product as I needed it for the weekend when I was going out fishing. I was told she would chase it and come back to me….
I heard nothing at all the next day on Friday the 21st and I sit here now writing this on Sunday the 23rd with no further update or clue as to what has happened to my order. Shocking!
3 months ago I bought a dry suit and it turned out that it wasn't that dry because the material let water through. After sending an email the next day I got a sticker for returning the goods and a proposal for an exchange or a refund. I paid a little more and took a dry suit from another company and after charging my bank account the suit was with me the next day. I am very happy with their services.
