As a small local coin dealer, I often need to buy foreign coins to get the entire lot I wanted from a customer. Even in a city the size of Charlotte, there's no place to exchange them. I contacted F... Voir plus

Great company and service!
I had some old forgotten coins in my house and I never imagined that I could recover some of their value using this service. The shipping is super fast and the treatment is very friendly, I will repeat for sure!

Very easy and fast. A 100% recommended service.
Very easy and fast, I managed to change my Austrian Schilling at an excellent rate, and by the way, I bought some Swiss Francs, Euros and British Pounds at a highly competitive price, all that with a few clicks; Their customer service is very timely, they answered all my questions and guided me step by step to fill out the form. I received my Schilling payment via Paypal from one day to the next. A 100% recommended service.

Fast and reliable
I had some old banknotes from Colombia that nobody wanted to exchange. FCCE did it soooo fast. I called them a couple of times for some questions, they were always available and very kind. I received my payment in three days after sending them the banknotes.

Do not send your money to them
Do not send your money to them! They’re scammers. You’re better off keeping your money or exchanging it somewhere else. Their conversion rate is horrible. You’ll end up paying them way more than what you will get back. Also, the way they answer the phone is very unprofessional. The guy who answered has horrible customer service and said some really mean things over the phone. I’m writing this review on 10/28/2021

Réponse de Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange
Unfortunately, Travis cannot read very well. He submitted an order for a very exotic currency that no other bank or currency exchange accepts. The order he submitted and printed out from our website LITERALLY SHOWED EXACTLY WHAT HE WOULD BE PAID and he was paid that exact amount via Cashapp (how he requested his payment) the same day his order arrived. He called to explain that he wanted more money for it and we told him that he knew exactly what he was being paid before he even sent it in he proceeded to say our website is confusing, misleading, etc. Our website is very simple and easy to use...even someone like Travis, that obviously cannot read can use it. His order form stated he would receive $90 for his shipment to us and his Cashapp payment was exactly $90. We did exactly what we said we would do and did it on the day his package arrived. If you weren't happy with the payout, why would you send it to i=us when you knew upfront exactly what you would be paid?
Fast and convenient

This is a fantastic company to do business with. My only regret is that I didn't discover them sooner.

Repeat customer
Repeat customer. Probably wouldn't have recognized one banknote as redeemable if not for the website.

Easy to use
Easy to use, reasonable amounts offered for currency, quick to pay what they promised. Only hiccup is login doesn’t always go smoothly. I would recommend this business.

Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange was the best choice
Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange was great. They offer competitive exchange rates, process the transaction quickly and transfer the funds to you just as quick. The whole process was easy and the fact they have an option to send the funds direct to your bank account makes them even better. Best thing is they are U.S. based and so shipping your coins to them is minimal cost compared to other sites that are located outside the U.S.
Would not hesitate to use them again!
