As a small local coin dealer, I often need to buy foreign coins to get the entire lot I wanted from a customer. Even in a city the size of Charlotte, there's no place to exchange them. I contacted F... Voir plus

Quick and easy transaction!
Unfortunately I won’t be going back to Thailand anytime soon and wanted to exchange the Thai Baht I was saving to US Dollars. The bank only exchanges at a minimum of $250 and I had just under that. I found Foreign Currency and Coin Exchange online and it was a quick and easy transaction. Once they received my envelope the money was exchanged and deposited right into my Zelle account. I definitely recommend them for quick and easy foreign currency exchange!

Website was easy to find and add the currency I needed to exchange. I think it took about a week from start to payment. Would use again if I have left over currency that my bank won't accept.

Efficient Service
I was initially hesitant to send my currency in the mail to an company I had never used before. However, with limited options in town, I thought I would take the chance. The website process was straightforward. The form that I was supposed to print and enclose in the envelope did not load correctly, so I just took a screenshot and sent that instead. They sent an email once the currency had been received and the exchanged currency was processed about 5 days later. After this initial experience I would definitely use the company again.

Simply a great service
Simply a great service! Easy to use and happy from start to finish. It was great being able to exchange these old currencies collecting dust around the house. I highly recommend FCCE!

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. The first time I sent my currency in, it was returned to me 'address unknown'. I emailed FCCE and they responded very promptly, the address was correct. Further investigation showed that the mess up was on the part of the Post Office. When I resent the currency they emailed me when it was received and processed and I received the check promptly.
