Cheryl Phillips has been an amazing help giving loads of good knowledge regarding the different account available to me as well as showing all the different account benefits and how to use them. Highly recommend Foresters Financial to anyone looking to invest and save.

I spoke to a Lee Connor who was very polite, very clear information. Graphs were useful in helping me understand how the fund has grown over the years.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Spoke to them three different times and was told three different stories. One Agent actually hung up on me. It took 30 business days (6 weeks) for them to issue a check. I was told the date it was mailed and two weeks later I still haven’t received it. In the 21st century, there is no reason to be sending out checks. Electronic deposits are now the norm. I’m not surprised how dismissive they are of their customers. I contacted the CEO and he didn’t even have the courtesy to respond. After 51 years with them, I can say from experience avoid this organisation at all costs.
