I placed an order for some banks for my grandchildren for Christmas on November 3, 2023. I started sending emails to the company in early December requesting information as to when they might be shipped. Each time I received a response, it only stated they would try to expedite. Christmas came and went without any word. I finally received them on January 16, 2024. First, they are much smaller than pictures appeared (I guess I should've checked dimensions). Also, they asked for each name, as the banks in the ads showed each child's name. Upon receipt, the names are not there, but there are some letters inside for me to apply. These are VERY small, won't hold much, and I have to letter them myself, for $20 each. Not to mention it is weeks after they were ordered. Shipping label shows they didn't even mail until December 23. Do not order from this company! I'd give zero stars if it were possible.

Total scam. Took 3 months to get the bank that extra shipping was paid to get before Christmas. The "large" bank is tiny. TINY. Not to mention the names aren't even on them. They send you stickers to do it yourself. Waste of money. Customer service is a JOKE. Always an animated response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

I only wish I had read these reviews........according to the Tracker, my order left Oxford UK 13 days ago.....I know the postal system isn't great but ....If the product eventually arrives and was worth the wait, I will update my experience!
Products eventually arrived 17/02/24....not as rubbish as some of the reviews claim BUT not worth what they cost. Unsure why the long delay and curious as to why a Royal Mail postage sticker was on the parcel...I woudn't bother...

I wouldn't have given any star rating at all if weren't necessary to permit me to write what will be a very negative review.I placed an order for 3 Money Banks on December 3rd 2023.I live in Spain so although I was automatically charged for Express Service inspite of the supposed progress made according to the track your parcel service,I expected some delay but it is now January 15th and I still haven't received anything.There has been no update since January 1st 2024 when the package was meant to be "in transit" in Spain.I have wriiten emails but got the same reply as everyone else here.."be patient".I should have checked them out before buying.I don't expect to recieve anything and am 69€ poorer.NOT HAPPY!!

I ordered some Christmas presents 11/20/23. They finally arrived 1/13/24. I couldn't contact the company and they arrived smaller than expected. I had started a dispute with my bank to get a refund of my $95.

Ordered November 19 received on January 2. it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my grandson. It is not at all how it was described as a 9 inch personalized wooden bank. It is a little plastic 5 inch dinky piece of crap and as of now they are only offering me five dollars compensation for the $32 that they took from me. I have since found out that it is a fraudulent site. No one should buy anything from them.

Horrible company!! Charged my account for over $15 more than should be for tiny, embarrassing coin banks! Totally different than advertised and been emailing company for several days to no avail!!

Warning!!! WASTE of money. Crappy products. Ordered piggy banks that said gave you the option to place your kids name on it. Got a plan letter. Mind you it was the wrong letter and no names. Contacted customer service and told me they don’t do custom names and that they can do anything for me. So I’m out a hundred some dollars with useless products. This company are thieves!!!

Don’t waste your money. If I could give negative stars I would give them -5 and beyond.

Deceptive advertising. Products were not as advertised. Charged for express shipping which took over 30 days to receive; not willing to credit express. Would not recommend them.

Don’t order from this Company its a fraud - placed an order on November 15, now two months later I never received anything!!! But the surely got their payment - so please don’t order with them, it’s not legit!! I had to give one star but they deserve no stars at all.

If you had offered a zero I would have used it. I ordered initial banks for my grandkids on November 26 for Christmas. They didn’t arrive so I began sending emails. I got the same response at least 10 times. They are shipped but nothing else. One I ordered separately did arrive yesterday (6 weeks later) it is NOTHING like what was pictured. I am disputing the charges. Horrible company

I wish I could give zero stars. Do not use this company. It is a scam. You also cannot retrieve your money back so it is lost. These companies should be shameful on what they’re doing. Take advantage of people is atrocious. Karma is not kind to these types!

Placed an order on 02-12-23, and selected delivery within 2 weeks. Still haven't received it, have been emailing them plus the shipping company and am constantly being told to be patient as the order has been sent. Clearly not!! DO NOT TRUST, DO NOT PLACE ORDERS!! I have reported them to my bank as fraud as clearly they are taking peoples money but not sending goods.

Can I give no stars??!? I ordered 3 of the letter piggy banks for Christmas gifts in November. It’s the 10th of January still no product! Emailed numerous times and given the run around. I have been told there was an issue with my address at first and it was fixed and then it was the shipping company that wasn’t updating. Over and over and over again. Same excuse. I was told they’d give me a discount and some money back. NOTHING! when I called them out on this, they said you already got a discount when you purchased so we are not giving you anything else. At this point I had finally googled the reviews and am so upset I didn’t do this in the first place!!! I have hence informed them that I will be contacting my bank and informing them of the fraudulent charge on my account and not receiving if product. They begged me not to do this. They would get my product to me. I informed them they had til Friday for the product to arrive or I informed my bank. They again begged me not to do this. And today, I just received a new email stating the following”
“Your kind trust on our company and products is highly appreciated.
But due to some manufacture issues, this batch of products all have flaws.
We can not and will never ship this kind of products to our valued customers.
Thus we are calling back all parcels and refunding all our customers' money.

Please kindly wait 3-7 business days for a full refund notice from the bank.

But if you receive your order in some days as well, you can keep it.
Thanks for your trust again, and please accept our sincere apology.”
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ENERGY OR MONEY! This is a scam.

Stay away. SCAM. This is my communication with them as of 5 mins ago. Have been dealing with this for many days after a 2.5 month late delivery, product not what advertised ( "oak" wooden banks), unwilling to refund:

I don't understand and I do not accept. You advertise 100% guaranteed satisfaction. You failed on all parts: product itself is not what I ordered as advertised ( not oak wood); the shipping was a nightmare; and now your unwillingness to refund my money. This all equals to a scam. If you can offer a pitiful $3 refund, you can easily return all my money!

DO NOT ORDER from these people - it is a scam and they are no good liars. I ordered two banks on 11/6/23 and after a month, when I checked on the order, they gave me a run around and more lies. Their tracking was a joke and ended in Cedar Rapids in early December. Then they gave me a new tracking starting all over in China. Stay away from these people.

This outfit is a TOTAL SCAM. Ordered items from them on 11/27 to ensure we'd get the items ( 3 Christmas gifts) in plenty of time. They overcharged the credit card. We were able to get them to refund part of the charge. We then did some research on the company and realized this is a potential scam so we cancelled the order. They shipped the items anyway. They did not arrive until January 4th. Tracking the items gave us information about customs, overseas shipping, more customs, arrival in Florida, etc. When the package was delivered, the return address was in California. The items ordered are cheap knockoffs of what was ordered. Tried to contact forever-beloved to return them and get credit and could not reach anyone via phone, email, or Web-site. We filed a dispute with the credit card company.
As another, perhaps unrelated issue, early in December their was an attempt to use the credit card for some fraudulent purchases, making it necessary to replace the card. Again, it could be unrelated, but.....

Very cheesy and cheap K piggy bank made out of wood! Ordered at end of Nov to get as Christmas gift…received today. They asked Name (Kelly) and show name on these things, when I get it, it has a sticker right no middle that says remove, and it won’t without all of the residue – no reason for it to be there. No name on it…and sheet of label stickers. I could have done this here for cheaper and better and not waited as long. Poor advertising on a poorly made item. Very dissatisfied. Told my daughter she had 1 more gift to come...big big let down!

Quality is crap
Different size to one ordered
Meant to be large but no bigger than size of my hand
No names etched instead you get stickers
Absolute joke customer services
Been asking for return address since receiving
They have sent refunds in pennies instead
Won't be giving up trying to return and refund

Superb value for money. Mom loves it. Quality and good pricing.
