I placed an order on Oct 30th for one money box for my grandson initially to be given to him for his birthday (early December) but since I did not receive it I thought I would give it to him for Christmas. It is now December 26th and I still have not received it. This company is a fraud and a scam. They keep saying to be patient and to trust their product....what a joke!

Update.Well, I finally received my items. Still not sure I would use them again. . .
Scam Shows tracking then stops. No way to talk to anyone. Robo reply is always the same. Uses Paypal so I thought was ok. You do not know until you order and then you cannot cancel. Bad people. 2 months already.

Ordered the letter bank boxes for Christmas presents and shipping track stopped at Chapel Hill, NC. Never got my purchase.

I placed on order on 11/15 and never received. The shipping link never provides info or an arrival date, and they keep asking me to wait longer. Do not order. I’m going through my credit card company for a refund.

This company is a total scam! I placed an order in good faith and I never got the shipment. They just keep saying that it is on the way and stuck in customs and they are trying their best to get it to me. They claim they can’t refund my money because the order shipped. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Forever-Fake.... Ordered way early Nov.4 or 5,2023 for Christmas for Grandsons their personalized Initial banks. Saw the routing from Italy, then to the USA in Fairbanks, Alaska. then it stopped. again getting the run-a- round from the autobot. this was featured on facebook. why aren't they screened and taken down?
After Christmas I will call the bank for fraud actions to be taken. DO NOT BUY FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES

I ordered the personalized coin banks in October and here it is Christmas and they will not send me the order or return my money. When I first saw the advertisement, it seemed like they were made in Italy, but no, China! A big China rip off. $132 gone for me. Now they say if I still want the order I need to send them more money.

Ordered 3 money boxes in October for my grandchildren to find out I've been scammed. No replies to emails just getting the run around. Fuming.

On Nov. 7, I ordered what this company advertises as a Christmas gift. Here it is 7 weeks later and the piggy bank hasn't been delivered. Also, they said it arrived in the USA on Dec. 5. Today is Dec. 24 and nothing takes that long to travel within this country. Plus I have tried numerous times to contact them with no results beyond another link and then another link to follow. This is a scam! I wanted to gift my grandson with a piggy bank to teach him to save. But I'm the one who needed a lesson: DON'T SHOP with Forever Beloved!!!

Scam! Ordered 11/7/2023 not communication, no product.

Same story as others. Ordered bank - came to US and was never delivered to me but says it was delivered in Houston somewhere.

Ordered 3 personalised money boxes on 6th nov 23, tracking shows they arrive in the UK, states they are delivered. THEY HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED!
Chatbot keeps saying contact seller but their portal does not connect you through to anyone. So frustrating and so annoyed I bought from these ppl.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

Ordered 2 banks mid October. Still have not received. My tracking stopped on November 23rd. E mailed them and they told me that ETA was unknown. This is such a shame that all of these people writing reviews are missing products. companies like this need to go out of business. I regret ever ordering now. So frustrating!

This company is a total SCAM!! Ordered on November 18 and still nothing. I have emailed the company and the company they claim did the shipping over 20 times. I will now dispute the charge with the credit card company. I wish I could give the company a big fat ZERO. Do NOT order from this company.

FOREVER BELOVED! Still no product December 27, Sham tracking numbers- very sophisticated scammers and no one is checking them out!
!Much like others, I placed an order November 2,2023 and have not received it. . Tracking number reaches the country of destination and then stop. Automated bot customer service which loops you round in circles. Attempting money back through PayPal and they are giving me the go around and not investigating like they should. I have a case and have sent multiple emails.

Ordered 3 money boxes on 11th November. Got tracking number they left USA and arrived in Oxford UK on 11th December. Complained everyday to company who said “be patient good are on there way” then got another tracking number good are in China.
I phoned my bank and they gave me a refund and are taking the case up.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered 2 personalized banks on October 31st. Received tracking from Italy, Italy customs, then US customs. Last notice was in Lafayette IN on November 28th. Then crickets. Emailed my concerns and all I'd get was in transit from Lafayette over and over. I sent 6 emails and nothing. Filed a dispute today with my credit card company. Looked on here and now I see all the same issues as mine. Should have checked 1st.
In California
