Forme has done a lot for me as a professional golfer. The shirts ensure that my posture is good and that I always look professional, while the socks help my feet with all the walking I’m doing. Forme has transformed my posture on and off the golf course.

I returned all items from my order within the stated return policy and expected a full refund to my original payment method. Instead, the company unilaterally issued part of my refund as store credit, which I never requested or consented to.

Their published return policy for U.S. customers does not state “store credit only.” Despite this, customer support confirmed in writing that they intentionally converted part of my refund into a gift card based on their internal accounting.

I repeatedly requested a refund to my original form of payment, but was given explanations rather than a correction. Being forced into store credit without consent is unacceptable and misleading.

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this company. Consumers should be very careful about returns and refunds.

I’m a Senior IT Project Manager, and I strength train regularly outside of my full-time desk job. I wore the FORME SCIENCE Power Bra for the first time last week during a leg day workout and again today for upper body workout and 4 meetings while WFH. I’m genuinely impressed.

The support is excellent without feeling restrictive, and what stood out most was the posture support. I felt more upright and stable during my workouts, especially as fatigue set in. It stayed comfortable throughout the entire session with no digging, shifting, or need for adjustment. It kept my posture in check throughout a workday full of meetings.

It’s thoughtfully designed, functional, and supports both performance and proper alignment. I’ll definitely be adding this to my regular workout rotation.

The Forme Power Bra and Sculpt+ Leggings are phenomenal! I immediately felt my posture improve! I absolutely recommend both items and am so impressed by the results!

As a competitive golfer this is by far the best recovery option on the market!

I followed the size guide on their website, but the bra that arrived is at least 2 sizes too small. After asking customer service to do an exchange and asking what size would be appropriate for me, they told me that my *only* option was to buy their most expensive bra.... The other bras won't fit me?? I fit other retailers' standard sizes... Also, after a week of back and forth emails, I still don't have instructions for how to complete an exchange or a return, and they don't have a phone number on their website. Their customer service is horrible. Oh, and I paid extra for the "Return Protection"... They still haven't helped me. Update: they finally sent me return instructions. Like other people have said, even with the Return Protection, they are refusing to return the FULL amount. This was not mentioned at check out, and it's pretty disappointing since the only reason I need to return the item is because *their* own size guide is completely wrong.

This company is timely in their responses and delivery! The product is legit and works so well! Even the queen herself wears it! (Taylor Swift)

I found the leggings and the socks to be a great support for long training days in the gym. Thanks Forme!

I ordered the power + bra from forme and love it. This version has removable pads which I am fine with leaving in place, sometimes I just wear it as a crop top. Comfortable and I feel the all day long support in my back, neck and shoulders.

Most amazing customer service—truly in the best forme of all! They were incredibly expeditious in helping process a refund so it could be applied correctly to my gift card, and they did it with such personal care and professionalism. Working on Christmas Day no less! I felt genuinely valued as a customer. Exceptional, thoughtful service from start to finish.

10/10. Helps me stand up straight without hurting my back.

Forme is comfy and cute and helps me feel confident while I move as a fitness instructor and singer. Confidence and form is key in my life and Forme gives me both!

You can pay for the return upfront, which I did because I heard the arm holes lead to painful chafing. What they don't tell you is there's a massive "handling" fee (much more than a return would be). It costs so much to return that I kept the tops (not bras). It's hard to find reviews for this company, but this is a common experience if you do come across them. I hope that the company decides to spend less on celebrity and influencer endorsements and focus on treating customers more fairly.

Im chef in Korea. Mnay things have changed since i first met the forme.
It’s newworld. It was a long standing job, so i always had shoulder pain, but after wearing it, the pain disappeared.
Whether youre sitting down or wtanding up, if you wear the forme in your daily life, you will feel your body relaxed.

I was amazed at how quickly the customer services wrote me back when I found a typo in my ID. Normally, you can't expect this type of response in other companies. Forme gained more trust!

I ordered 2 bras, and at checkout I paid $7 for a return label if necessary. On the day that I received them, I tried them on and they were way too small. I immediately filled out the return form, and was then informed that I had to pay a $18 restock fee. Such a scam. I returned them within an hour of receiving them. Don’t by from this company!

I absolutely love my forme products right from the start! I felt immediate posture change, and through time felt less low back pain! Highly recommended

*THUMBS DOWN* Don't believe the hype, especially this company pushing Taylor Swift as their main celebrity advertisement-- EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

1. STYLES ARE THE SAME: I tried 3 different style bras (same size) aand they are pretty much the same type of bra, despite their advertisment of being different for different needs.

2. SIZING IS INACCURATE: Sizing is extremely off. The size of their "2XL" is, actually what I would consider as a "Junior Large".
Bottom line, these bras are built for flat-chested skinny 20 year olds, period, hence why Taylor Swift is perfect for them; she is skinny, late 20s and thin and these bras are built only for that size female. Want proof? Just look at all their advertising models, even the Senior citizens: they are all flat-chested and skinny!

2. DIFFICULT TO TRY: Very difficult to put on, and even worse to take off. These are seriously the worse sports-type bra I have ever encountered.

3. NOT WORTH THE PRICE! Extremely expensive and not worth it, at all. Again, don't believe the hype!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY ON THESE. Look at Amazon.com to find similar support sports bras for $50 average.
