I was contacted by a mr salil Lamba from Fortel to apply for a security supervisor position so I applied was rushed in for a medical next day was given the all clear and told I was fit for work only to receive radio silence no job no reply to my calls or messages, so if your a veteran in the security industry like myself and rely on consistent steady regular honest work do not go to this very unprofessional company

I have been working with Fortel Services Ltd as a Duty Access Manager on the HS2 Project for over 1.5 years, and my experience has been outstanding. Fortel has been the best agency I have worked with so far.

I have never had any issues with salary, and whenever I have a query, the team responds immediately and supports me without delay. A special mention goes to our HR Manager, Salil Lamba, who is always kind, approachable, and helpful to everyone. His professionalism and supportive nature truly make a positive difference.

Mr Lamba
Looks after his own religion he discriminates against white people that work for fortel. And offers jobs to his friends that sleep on the job whilst other British people don’t.
I have informed a solicitor about discrimination and equality and diversity.
People that work for the company and reliable he gives nothing his friends that sleep at night and worked there for one month he gives jobs too. He’s a disgrace and a disgusting manager he should be sacked and I will take him to a tribunal with the new employment law. If you notice how the surname Mohammed and Hussain give good reviews and the British people don’t it’s because he looks after his own and the British people of this country suffer. See you in court Mr Lamba he pays petrol money for some and not and other get paid more an hour than others it isn’t fair and this company will feel the full rath of the law. I have photo evidence of the guards he favours asleep at night then he gives them jobs straight away. He is a racist who is against the British. Some people can not speak a word of English I would like a full review into this company’s accounts to see what names there offer more money to an hour. I have informed the unions of discrimination.

Fortel was very understanding and accommodating, and they there pay me petrol Money separately to me and the more opportunity to If Fare way security Job coming up to Booked hotel for employees which is rare in the industry. I would highly recommend Fortel to anyone looking to work in security, it's a great company that genuinely supports its employees. The company need a sweep and new management... the only one that was a decent boss was Charlotte I had no problem with her she helped me out when needed. Lamba is the worse... the company itself are dodgy as anything they owe both me and my father they never gave us a weeks notice when a new security company took over we had no notice just winvic telling me my last day was 13th October. I'm owed a week in hand and I am taking this further. They only got rid of us because the guards at night was stealing diesel and sleeping on the job but still fortel kept them on and didn't get rid of them. JUST DODGY!!

I’m an employee with fortel, been working with them for around four months now. I have nothing but phrase for this company. I would love to name drop my manager ‘Charlotte’ just saying she is one of the best managers I have had in a very long time & up there with the best top dogs in my working career. Charlotte is passionate about her work & looks after you! Thank you Charlotte & keep up the good work:)

Salil Lamba is the perfect example of incompetent management. if you are unlucky enough to ever work for them don't take the holidays you're entitled to because you'll lose your rota and may never get the hours you need back.

A complete useless company to work the management is useless especially Salil Lamba two faced person do not work for this company their Director is hiding in India as the UK Police are after him
