Hasta ahora creo que tengo mala experiencia y no porque perdí dinero sino por un súper mal consejo de su agente,,,,, rayos y otra cosa es que no te explican todo antes de invertir, fácilmente te hacen quedar en quiebra.

Es muy amable la persona que me llama, y me intenta ayudar, pero la información sobre cobros por comisiones no son tan claras, el retiro de dinero muy lento a que se acredite, la ayuda de información para invertir realizar no acierta en muchas ocaciones, o me llega cuando es muy tarde, se necesita cursos de capacitación, *y por mi parte necesito que todos los informes y capacitaciones sean en español*

Great service but the app is a little bit buggy(it doesn’t impact trading), the account managers were really supportive. Graphs and tools were just a bit too simple and restrictive but overall a really good broker 8.5/10 for me

I am just wondering why there are so many negative reviews ??? If almost everybody is so unhappy, how this company is still operating..

Update: I was thinking to invest in some trading platform and came up with Fortrade. But suddendly see too many negative reviews even from your ex employees. So I change my decision..

The so called 'Account Managers' are just simply sales people, who encourage and cagoule people to 'invest' in instruments regardless if they would gain any value, as long as these 'Managers' earn their commission then that is their main concern. At the start of my journey I was encouraged to 'invest' in a highly volatile instrument without being informed of the steps I need to take in using the systems to protect my 'investment'.

They are not like you start.
