An absolute disgrace
Where do I begin? I placed and order of two memorial baubles for my family as my father passed away this year and it will be our first Christmas without him. I placed the order at the beginning of November, delivery date given was the 19th. However, I'm STILL waiting for them and it is the 5th of December.
I have tried to contact the company numerous times. Nobody answered when I called, I was directed to an AI generated portal where I had to request to communicate with a human!! Eventually someone replied but was of no help at all. Told me that the items were delayed/lost. When I tried to reply...no answer. I left public posts on Instagram and Facebook. Someone replied to one and stated the same as i was told before. This time though I was told another order was prepared and kn the way....the tracking number I was given for that was for the original order!!! Still no response from anyone and no money refunded either. An absolute shambles of a company and I certainly won't be using it again. I would advise others to steer clear! Very upsetting and frustrating for me, especially considering what the items are for and should have represented!!

Gifts came in time stated, securely wrapped, and as seen on website. Easy to personalise. Writing on vase not as bold/ legible as have would have liked but there none the less.

The engraving
The engraving, which was the most important part of the gift was almost invisible, it was so hard to see it. Very disappointed.
