For You Personalised Gifts Avis 

Hope this review saves someone the hassle of what I have to go through. Ordered four items from this company and only recieved two in a package and then got an email to review products which stated all four items were delivered in one package. Despite emails, phone calls and live chat I have yet to hear back from any member of staff about the two missing items that I have paid for. The most interaction they provide is an ai bot and all there members are busy on the phone lines. Live chat is no help either as no one response so it is not live chat. It is not even monitored. I have still not received my missing items 11 days later and no refund either or acknowledgement that i am missing items. I have heard back from no member of staff despite sending 4 different emails and only get a response informing me the someone will email me back in 24 hours. Please do not waste money on this site as if you have any issues you will never receive an answer. This has been a very stressful 2 weeks trying to get someone to acknowledge my issue to no avail. Very disappointed with their service and having to go buy birthday presents else where. Also now I must contact my bank to get my partial refund for missing items as their site have not responded to my issue. This was their issue I should not have to be doing all the chasing for what is rightfully mine/what is owed back to me.

Echoing several other bad reviews on this company - do not buy from them. Received a broken pocket watch and no response to any emails and no after sales service
Phone number provided is an answering machine and always chat bot responses to their live chat option. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating. Reporting them to the CCPC

Hugely disappointing I have emailed them 3 times about an order placed late December with a delivery date the 8th of jan. It didn't arrive nor are anyone my emails being answered.

No response to several calls or emails and no email with dispatch date or tracking information

Placed order. 8 days gone. Not a sign. Nobody answers emails, nobody answers phone. Only robot sending pregenerated messages. Don't order! Dissapointed!

The perfect bauble . My family cried when they saw the beautiful reminder of our 14 yr old little yorkie . A gorgeous way to ensure he is always with us at Christmas .

Product well presented, looked really lovely, and delivery came 2 days early, which was a bonus as it was a christmas gift

Extremely disappointed in this company. Ordered a personalised Christmas Eve Box for my son's first Christmas and it has not arrived. Website states orders submitted by the 11th of December guarantee delivery before Christmas however, I ordered on the 8th and it is yet to be dispatched according to the tracker. I have tried to contact customer service on their website messanger and via email but have received no responses or interaction.
I am so disappointed as I have gotten items from this company before without issue but this experience has ensured I will not be ordering from them again.

Lovely gift for friends and family

The quality of the product we purchased was bad. It was a personalised story and it looked as if we could have printed it ourselves. Wouldn't risk it again.

Package arrived promptly and product was of very good quality.

I was disappointed as I ordered 3 gold cross chains for my children for Christmas and I wanted them personalised I added into the box what I wanted on them & when the came they where all just standard not personalised. I had no time left before Christmas to send them back & get new ones.

Do not use this company no customer service takes your money and ignores you. Tried on several separate occasions to make contact and get generic email saying they will be in touch it’s been 3 weeks now and still zero interaction ..

Is this company even still in operation? Placed order and paid and still haven't received products. Seems to be a repetitive issue from reading reviews.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a personalised product in Novemeber and once it arrived in Ireland it was sent back because they didn't pay their custom charge. It was resent to me and the same thing happened again. Currently waiting for someone to get back to me on a full refund

Great company placed my order it was a quick and prompt transaction and delivery and came beautifully gift wrapped thank you

The product/ vase i ordered was lovely but I was disappointed with the weight of the vase. It was very light and delicate.
