Better than old platforms I used

Nice variety of games

Good choice of game and easy to deposit. The down side is withdrawals. You can only withdraw £500 at once and only once every 24hrs which doesn't sound to bad but it's still not that simple. I have withdrew £500 3 times but each withdrawal has taken 72hrs for them to confirm and while it's still waiting to be authorised you can't withdraw anymore and if the 72hrs doesn't count on weekends. Basically if you win say £2000 you could be waiting around 3 weeks just to get it which is not good. Once the £500 has been sent to you you need to wait 24hrs for before you can withdraw again. I have another £3500 waiting to withdraw but it's probably going to take best part of a 5 weeks. They do pay out if you don't mind waiting but it's never ending.

I haven't received anymore withdrawals as of yet, they just stay in pending.
I have also told them that I would like to change my email address because I can't access the one I had registered with due to it being hacked.
They did respond saying they can't change it but I could close the account and start new.
I replied saying that I don't mind doing that aslong as they could send me my winnings I'm waiting for but they replied No. I think they are now emailing my registered email address that I can't access knowing this hence them not paying me out. I have even messaged there finance department explaining to them with no reply and asked also if they had a contact phone number with no reply.

It looks as though the winnings I have in the account is just stuck as they won't pay it out or change update my email. Very disappointing

Are they even legit? Or is it a scam?

As someone who struggles with gambling I asked for my account to be closed on 11th September via the email as mentioned in terms and on live chat.

My account was never closed and I continued to spend more money.

Finally I was told via live chat Ai bot to send another email which I did today 17th and my account is still open but it says I'm self excluded. Weird that they can action so quick when I state I will report them to gambling authority.

I have asked for a refund of my deposits since my first request for closure wasn't actioned. I told them I had a problem and it wasn't actioned.

Sadly this site seems to exploit gambling addicts.

UPDATE 22 sept
Still not received my withdrawal of winnings which were supposed to be in my account Thursday/friday.

Live chat spoke of issues with their system now tell me to email finance(@)forza.bet after telling me it would be sorted last week but I highly doubt I’ll get a response since they never responded to my emails last week.

Is this place legit? I’m not so sure.

Good site, everything works like it should

I’ve been playing on Forza.bet for a while and honestly it’s been better than I expected. Deposits are instant and withdrawals with crypto have been quick every time, usually the same day which is rare compared to other sites I used before. The games run smoothly, both slots and live tables, and the site works fine on my phone too. Bonuses are a nice extra, but what I really care about is that everything feels reliable and I actually get my payouts without stress. That’s why I’m giving them 5 stars.

Unable to deposit as page just loads and loads. Asked to close my account in that case. Wanted every document under the sun to close account. Well done you have a registered user with a dormant account.

Edit: Absolute bs reply. I sent screenshots of both my 4g connection and Wi-Fi connection. I tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox and still the deposit via card and and bank transfer kept loading. Via bank transfer it went to the payop page but the blue circle in the middle kept rotating without progressing on both 4g and Wi-Fi. The pay by card screen stayed on the same page with an orange circle rotating without progressing on both Wi-Fi and 4g. You do know Wi-Fi and 4g are two totally different connections as in nothing to do with each other but both failed on your shop front fake site. The person on live chat kept saying many other customers deposited successfully. I don’t care about any other customers. I tried everything she said in regards to troubleshooting. The only thing I didn’t do is not try and deposit using a PC because I don’t have a PC. How about you send the chat transcript so I can post here to show your reply is a pack of lies and I did everything possible to troubleshoot? Where’s your gambling license also you outright lying pieces OS?

Edit 2: Following on your reply are you going to leave out I also sent a screenshot of my 4g connection that was perfect but still didn’t load the deposit page? Very convenient to leave that bit out. I’ve said send the transcript so I can post here. Wonder why you’re not sending it me. Maybe because I did do everything to troubleshoot but that would go against what you said by lying and saying I failed to comply. You’re digging yourself a deeper hole. Like many others have said on trustpilot your replies are lies.

Edit3: I’ve asked for the transcript many times via email but you just blab on about not complying with troubleshooting. Send me the transcript so I can post here and potential players on your site can decide if it was me lying by not complying to troubleshooting or you lying by saying I didn’t troubleshoot when I did. It was definitely the latter.

nach der casino guru beschwerde meldet sich jemand von der finanabteilung und sagte die erste auszahlung wäre jetzt durchgegangen und das ich bitte den fall schließen soll was ich tat. er meinte auch die nächste auszahlung könne ich nach 24 h beantragen was ich tat. diese wurd auch noch recht zügig bearbeitet nach 3-4 tagen nach der 2. auszahlung von 499 usdc wartete ich 24 h und beantragte die nächste auszahlung am 20.8.25 von 499 usdc danach war meine balance noch knapp über 900 euro die auszahlung wurde natürlich wieder nicht bearbeitet also hab ich mehre emails gesendet und war auch im live chat doch als dann immernoch nichts passierte öffnete ich den fall erneut bei casino guru worauf hin sie mir ganz dreist meinen account gesperrt haben. ich habe nie gegen irgendwelche bedingungen oder regeln verstoßen ich habe nie bonuse benutzt nur mit echtgeld gespielt und die einzahlung war umgesetzt.jedenfalls sind jetzt immernoch dort circa 940 euro in usdc in meiner casino balance und 499 usdc die zuletztt beantragte auszahlung. die seite ist betrug leute macht ein großen bogen darum sonst werdet ihr genauso schlechte erfahrung machen am ende wie ich und das wünscht man doch echt keinem :D

They do fake giveaways on X/Twitter and scam people.I won one of thier giveaways on 25 July 2025 but have not got my giveaway reward yet its going to be a month now.

They contacted me on X and asked for my Username so they could credit the reward.However I still have not got my giveaway reward neither they reply on thier fake website or X anymore.

They should Close their scam casino and stop scamming innocent people.

Never play at this casino they are liers and cheaters.

I see many people on the X that won forzabet giveaways but never recieved any rewards 🤮🤢

Extremely Irresponsible Operator – Avoid at All Costs

So they have replied with the below, I have all the evidence of everything I have stated below. Even now, 3 hours on and my account has still not been excluded. All the info in this review is 100% accurate. I tried to access their support agent to request a self exclusion but was given an automated response back to request I email.

17/08/25 - I strongly advise anyone considering Forza.bet to stay away.

I requested self-exclusion due to a gambling addiction and severe mental health struggles, including suicidal thoughts. Despite this, my request was ignored, and my account remained open, allowing me to deposit and gamble more. This is a blatant failure of duty of care and responsible gambling obligations.

When I raised a formal complaint, they accused me of being “fake” and refused to acknowledge my self-exclusion request. They have also failed to carry out proper KYC checks, and their transactions appear on bank statements under misleading non-gambling merchant codes, which is highly deceptive.

Instead of offering help or accountability, they dismissed my complaint. This demonstrates a complete disregard for vulnerable customers and for basic consumer protection standards.

Forza.bet is licensed in Anjouan (Comoros), not by the UK Gambling Commission, so players in the UK have little real protection. If you’re a UK player, be warned that this operator is unregulated here and operates outside of UK law.

This is the most irresponsible and dangerous gambling operator I’ve ever encountered. Please think twice before using them.
