Shocking withdrawal times it’s been a few days now waiting for $1000 to be told I’m only allowed to withdraw £500 a day then had to do the process again…. Still waiting. I usually gamble on different crypto casino sites but this is by far the longest I’ve waited for a withdrawal using Crypto - Crypto 🤦🏻‍♂️. Have said only way they will close my account down is if I send them all my ID details first. Joke Casino, allow UK to deposit but then tell you ya can't play any of the games at all in UK. Even the sports were saying that a "1 pound bet was too much, please lower your bet" haha. Tried to withdraw what I deposited but was then met with wagering requirements even though I didn't accept any deposit bonus at all. Completely laughable.

Deposit was without any bonus, so no its not like every other casino....there should be no wagering requirements on a non bonus deposit. Scam

“Forza” Yes you do use spammers to promote your business, please don’t leave a reply denying it. I have 2 examples. People don’t promote your business for free. Stop using spammers. I am on a do not contact list
No legitimate company works this way

You also do not respect KYC requests as others have pointed out. Therefore you are not regulated.

People if you win a lot of money, you have nobody to complain to if you don’t get paid out so be careful of playing here and Stick to “casinos” with multiple good ratings here on trust-pilot that don’t need to use spammers to promote their business and respect the KYC rules. Make sure the ratings are from genuine people that have left multiple reviews.

Refused to carryout self exclusion request.

Directed me to an area of the website which is set up for self exclusion only when support turns it on, otherwise its a 'contact support' button.

This website encourages gamblers to deposit without asking for ID then when self exclusion is requested they claim to need all your details. This is illegal practise.

I failed to even find out whether they process withdrawals as there was not a prize worthy of taking out.

When complaining they are aggressive and argumentative. There is no point asking them to play by the rules.

Do not sign up

After the self exclusion option was TEMPORARILY offered via the self exclusion button buried in the profile section of this scam site, I did not continue to play until sometime later when I was given a '€50 prize'. This was the one and only time my balance reached over $300. Once this was lost a short time later I relapsed, deposited and lost over $500 in various crypto currencies.
It is your responsibility as a licensed scam site by gaming control anjouan to protect vulnerable people.
Incidentally the contact email on your licensee site has a dead email address.

So to summarise they will pretend to be legit until they make a mistake then they will accuse you of scamming them! DARVO

Here is how they talk to their valued customers -
'Dear customer, stop wasting your time.
We gave you a chance to use a 5-year self-exclusion without KYC, but you decided to keep the account. We do not care about fake reviews on TrustPilot. You are a player who lost an amount and are mad and want a refund, but you will not receive the funds. Stop wasting time. We explained to you how the self-exclusion worked this time. You just needed to visit the profile section, find self-exclusion, and that is all, but you did not do it, which is your fault. You did not complete the KYC, you did not complete the 5-year self-exclusion. Why must we refund the amount? This is unbelievable.
Stop wasting your time. Your account was self-excluded, and we will not reply to you anymore. Contact all departments if you want. We have a lot of facts that you just want to scam the casino.
Now we apologize that our relationship ended like this, but this is our last reply from our side.'

As per our records, our support manager informed you that in order to proceed with permanent self-exclusion, you needed to visit the Profile section, where the self-exclusion option is available. You had the possibility to choose a 5-year self-exclusion without completing the KYC process. However, you did not use this option, nor did you complete the KYC, and continued to play.
